To be sure he would have taken a bullet for anyone in our family, he was that loyal, but he didn't warm easily to strangers especially men. We arranged for him to come over and meet Vince and his crew and it was amazing.. Vince new just the body posture and approach to use and after a few minutes of barking his usual warning our tough guy let Vince lead him by the leash into the Kennel, and he warmed right up to the rest of the staff. He was always happy to come home but he never got the worried look at Sun Hill we experienced with previous kennel. Our much loved "Big Beast" is gone now but we continue to use Sun-Hill for our newest family friend. They also offer swimming and exercise. You owe it your pet to check this place out.

We were super happy with the service, they understood that one of my cats is a shy weirdo and made sure she got her food, even if they had to put it half way upstairs. I got regular updates (and pictures) so we knew the two cats were absolutely fine and that helped us to have a stress free few days out of town. They include litter box cleaning in the service, which is also really helpful and they offer a lot of flexibility in what type of pet visits you need to schedule. Donna is most definitely willing to work with the pet owners and the communication was excellent. I also appreciate that Go Away Pet Sitting also has a good online tool for communicating, scheduling and getting updates as well as billing. Communication before and during was great, they have sensible pricing - they offer a bunch of options so you can tailor what you need for your specific pet needs. We chose two shorter visits, each day, morning and evening. The pet sitter, Amber, assigned to our cats came before the trip so we could go over where everything was (and so she could meet at least one of our cats.) We have two cats - one is extremely skittish and shy. Amber texted me each visit, and even our super skittish cat came out after a day spent hiding. She even let Amber pet her. It made me feel great to see a couple photos each day. She came around the same time each day, so the cats' normal feeding routine remained steady, which reduces their stress (and mine.) We were VERY happy with Zae's Pet Sitting services and will definitely be using them again. (P.S. I have no idea why Yelp/Google decided I live in Philadelphia... shrug...
