I got all 4 of my reptiles from here, as well as regularly going back for my supplies. Let me tell you why this is a shop that truly cares. Firstly, the owner has years of with all different types of species. She also co owns a company that brings animals and animal education to schools and events. She gives back to the community, not only by taking in reptiles that can no longer be taken care of, but also offering children a place for volunteer and learn about different species and how to interact with them. There is only one other reptile shop in the near by area and they are profit based and rude. Often over stocking babies and younger reptiles, instead of helping displaced reptiles find a home and restocking only when appropriate cage sizes have vacancies. I have no idea why anyone would rate this shop lower than 5/5. I've been a loyal patron for a few years now, and truly couldn't have found my perfect babies without Riley and her team. My cornsnake was abandoned at Riley's door and was scales and bones. She took him in, helped him regain his weight, until I found him, took over his treatment and brought him to his forever home. Normally I wouldn't put a dog in a cart, but since Bruno hasn't had his third round of vaccinations yet, I had been advised not to put him on the floor. He had just come over to see if we found everything we needed and played with Bruno. We were shopping for Blue Buffalo puppy food, and Todd suggested going with a larger bag to get better value. While the store happened to be out of stock on the bigger size, his recommendation was spot-on, and the two smaller bags we purchased worked perfectly for what we needed. He also took the time to ask if I had the puppy guide, which showed he was thinking ahead and making sure I had all the right resources. On top of that, the checkout staff was efficient and genuinely friendly--they got us through the line quickly without sacrificing good service. We were also able to take advantage of the promotion running through 4/22 again, which resets daily, and everything went smoothly. Between Todd's attentiveness and the strong team at checkout, this was another excellent visit. It's clear there's good leadership in this store, and it shows in the overall customer experience.

From what I remember they have cookies and cream and peanut butter. My dogs love peanut butter so I usually get that flavor. The small dog bone cake is pretty big and the large one is massive. The small would honestly be good for a couple small dogs or one large dog but if you have multiple large dogs, you should definitely get the large bone cake. One thing I will say is if your dog is highly allergic to certain things, make sure to check the ingredients list for their items. When you go in the bakery, they list the ingredients out and the staff can tell you too. I also love how they sell the cookies that are damaged or broken for a cheap price. A small bag of these is around $2 which is great if you don't know if your dog will like them. Staff here is great and there is parking in the back of the building. Overall, def must try if you want to get your dog a bday cake or a cute treat!
