Someone recommended that I try this one and from the moment I stepped into this store, I knew it would be my pup's store for life! Jen and her crew were so amazing and they really took their time to find out about my dog before they started grooming him. Years later, when he started to develop allergies from something and was getting hot spots, she went out and bought all new natural products for him and he has not had any more issues. I think Jen was more upset about my dog than I was....well maybe we both were the same. You just don't get service like this anywhere today. This spa is truly a gem in Danvers square! Thank you!

Erin then told me she would be in touch about small dog groups, if I could transport. I certainly could. That was several days ago and one email later again asking for an update. I think that non response is a deal breaker for us and given that we were coming in on current client recommendations it reflects poorly on this day care. When these folks did follow up they told us that we had been informed of a 'wait list" or should have read that on their site...We were not informed of any wait list other than for the transportation bus. We were really put off by the revised information and Erin's attitude. As a former business consultant, I think these folks have a lot to learn about courtesy and communication.
