My friends and I booked a reservation for their WOW Wednesday where you get a private tasting of 4 wines paired with a charcuterie board. It was the perfect setting for a chill, social evening. We talked w/ the bartender a bit and got to try some really good wine from around the world. They have live music and open mic nights, etc + they have a cute little patio out back. Absolutely stellar. Tracy and the amazing staff went above and beyond to make it perfect. On other occasions such as before concerts, we call, walk in , and our table is always ready and we are never late to a show. These groups are usually around 15 guests.

As others may have previously mentioned, this theater is quirky. We had recently seen a show at the Lyric in Birmingham and hoped it would be similar. It was but wasn't. The layout of the building was very odd, men's room on 4th floor and ladies on the 2nd. On the 3rd floor, they have their VIP lounge. Oddly, the only thing designating it as such was a small sign on an easel. Having not been here and not being from Chattanooga, I was leering in and trying to determine what exactly WAS this lounge. There was a lady sitting in a chair just inside and when she saw me, she muttered "Fourth Floor". Somewhat taken aback, I informed me that it was my first time there and I was trying to figure out what the space was. It was only then, that she said "Oh, it's a VIP lounge for contributors and donors to the preservation fund." Thanks! Another quirk about this is that they seemingly have the OG pew/seats! While this is AMAZING and historic, there were a number of patrons that looked very uncomfortable. Also, in reference to the Lyric, I was bummed that this didn't have opera boxes. Oh well. We'll definitely be back if artists we like play here!

BMX bandits, one of Nicole Kidmans first movies was playing when we were there. There is a full bar and plenty of canned options such as long drink. We had Tito's and sodas for $8!

With COVID-19 forcing only outdoor seating, we had our pick of the litter with patio and wooden tables with patio furniture to chill with brews. The gentleman behind the window was very nice and quickly took our order on various cans of beer and cider we enjoyed. We sat there at our table for a couple of hours, enjoying the music coming from the outside speakers. A few people were seated scattered amongst the spacious patio as we enjoyed the beers. I enjoyed cans of The Promenade American IPA by Hutton & Smith Brewing and Keypunch Sour Gose by Urban Artifact. Both were solid beers perfect for the summer temperatures and energy on this particular July evening. Exile Off Main Street is highly recommended for those who like good craft beer and vibes if you're not looking to hang off of Market Street in downtown Chattanooga.

Yes, there is a court on the floor at the ballroom you can use for a fee, not during shows, obviously. Lol. Bands play here consistently. Some bands seem to be on rotation to play. The music genres are pretty diverse so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Open your planners via your phone or if you are like me, I use both my phone and physical planner to keep up with coming shows I want to see. You won't regret it. The cost for these shows usually hasn't been more than $25 and a good bit of the time half of that. Enjoy the shows! I know I will!

Facing the restaurant: to the right is VIP, to the left are the public bowling lanes, the restroom, and finally the arcade section is the furthest section of the entertainment center. Our visit today was focused in the arcade. A nice rainy day activity to busy the kids. Plenty of games both virtual and live action to keep the self occupied. Something different about this space is that the games are based in dollars versus the typical points systems that a lot of arcades are based on. $50 went pretty fast after some virtual reality and video racing games. The bundle does not include the shoe rental, which honestly seemed a little steep at $6 per pair. The staff were all friendly, fun and professional. The venue was very clean and most things seemed to be in working order. There were a handful of games in the arcade that weren't working properly. Honestly, I think our favorite part was the laser tag and then air hockey! We would definitely go back.

Once the show was over, we went next door to the attached bar to enjoy some drinks.
