What the hell? This is the first time Yelp has let me down. I was in the industrial estate around lunchtime so checked on Yelp for what was decent and the reviews for here seemed pretty good. Can I start with... I know lots of people appreciate the nutritional/calorie counting on the menu but as someone who works very hard advocating for body positivity and for people in eating disorder recovery this is a HUGE no for me and put me off from the get go, having listings like this on a menu is body shaming and ineffective at best and dangerous at worst. Massive thumbs down. My food was *really* bad and the service was so-so. I can't even be bothered going in to details, I've eaten nicer meals in service stations tbh, the pic of my lunch will do the talking. Do not go here! (The star is because I liked the disco toilet, otherwise I would be saying no stars).

I love the decor nice and simple

I had the pre-theatre menu - Board Gas theatre is just across the road, so it is perfect. They have a pretty nice pre-theatre menu, I must say. Not so many options but they were all very interesting. I went for the croquettes as starters. OMG, so good. Then I had corn-feed chicken as main. Very very good, the sauce was something special. The wine is list is extensive but I did not try anything from there - we stayed on the sparkling water. I totally wanted to have dessert but we were a kinda of late to the play, so we had to leave. I was going to pay for it because I had ordered, but the staff were kindly enough to cancel it for me. I was embarrassed because I ordered something and then changed my mind... but when I realised we were already late. Still dreaming about that chocolate mousse I left behind haha We had a great experience here and I believe this place is perfect for special intimate celebrations =)

Topped it off with some berry ice cream! What great value for a delicious meal! Also, the service was exceptional and the dining room lets in so much light in the afternoon! We were all pleased with our meals and enjoyed the modern cave-like surroundings. I highly recommend The Brasserie for a pre-theater meal. It's a lovely dining experience with minimal damage to the pocketbook!

This might be one of my favorite meals of all my travels. We were immediately seated and taken care of in a small cove. It was very secluded and quiet for a nice date night. The service was on top of it, someone at the table every few minutes. It's definitely an experience. They have some phenomenal wine options by the glass or bottle. We started with the avocado ponzu which omg really set the stage, it had perfect flavors. My fiancé got the duck, which was so tender and flavorful and the pepper sauce (mousse?) was to die for. I got the potato dumplings on the vegetarian menu and they had chunks of perfectly cooked morels! The sauce and the flavors were so delicately paired and showed the no brainer of why this spot is recognized my Michelin. We also got the side of carrots and the aroncini, both super tasty. It was a wonderful meal, definitely an experience. I was impressed with the prices, I expected much more expensive for a place of this type, but it's very fair and makes it attainable for almost anyone to splurge on a delicious meal. 1000000/10 probably one of the best restaurants I've eaten at, highly recommend.

The gentleman who greeted me was pleasant and took my coat and offered to take my bag as well. I was escorted to the second room where multiple individuals were there to greet me. They recommended a berry vodka martini to start. It was sweet but not overpowering. I was given an appetizer of the tartare which was beautiful and delicious. For dinner I ordered the halibut with broccoli as a side. I would have sworn the halibut was cooked sous vide (don't know if that's how it was but it was amazingly soft and delicate). I could have ate the broccoli as a full meal it was amazing. The team here would come and check on me and have casual conversations with me. They were engaged and I enjoyed the conversations. For dessert I chose the crème brûlée. This was probably the best brûlée I can remember ever having. As most places in Europe there was no rush and I enjoyed my experience peacefully. Everyone thanked me for coming and the gentleman at front recalled the rest of my time here and conversed a bit before leaving. I loved this place and absolutely will recommend making a reservation here.

It was a wet and windy night when we braved the outdoors and after a bit of a trek to find parking we were warmly welcomed into the cosy restaurant. It was early evening and we were in time for their great Market Menu deal of 2 courses for €19.95 or 3 for €22.95. Starter options included Smoked chicken and sweet potato gratin, monkfish and endive terrine with ricotta cheese and tomato, or the special for the day which was seared tuna with sundried tomatoes and ratatouille. I love tuna steak so went straight for that - a fabulous fresh and light starter and the ratatouille was a great accompaniment. Choices for main were Chicken Roulade with shallot and sage cream, Slow baked Salmon with green peas and wasabi purée & Crêpe of baked ham with organic egg, Emmental, baby potato and mushroom. I was so close to ordering the crepe but decided on the Chicken Roulade - and was delighted with my choice. This was comfort food on a plate, creamy mashed potatoes with veg and delicious soft chicken. Mam decided on the special of slow cooked rib of beef. I had more than a small bit of envy when I saw her gorgeous meat. Another dish of warm and comforting food, the red wine jus and beef were absolutely fantastic. After foregoing a starter, she decided to go for the small cheese plate for dessert with a glass of wine which finished things off nicely. The restaurant was pretty quiet during our visit - I can only imagine that the awful weather had put people off as it certainly isn't the quality of food served in La Réserve. While Ranelagh has many popular dining options I find a lot of them are of the more casual burgers and wings line of food. La Réserve is a welcome break from that with a great Early Bird to take advantage of...give it a try!

I walk past this place ALL the time, but never really noticed it until that day. So I popped on over and read their menu... BAM! They had healthy salads! So I stuck my head in and asked if they did take away. The very french man who was working that day said that unfortunately they do not. There were only two other people in there, and I did have an hour, so I just decided to sit down for my lunch. I ordered the salad de poulet et sesame. After sitting down, the food was prepared quite quickly and promptly brought out. Not only was the presentation nice, but the food was very tasty as well. This salad was EXACTLY what I was looking for for my lunch. The sesame dressing was lightly drizzled, and not over powering, and it was just enough food to leave me feeling satisfied but not stuffed. AND I was in and out over lunch in about 20 minutes... AND my salad was only 8 euros! I was very impressed with this place for lunch. I'll need to go back and try them out for dinner as well. But highly recommend stopping in here over lunch!
