    5 pounds Garlic Chili crawfish
    Bianca G.

The crawfish here are amazing! The size was good and perfectly seasoned! The location was cool too and dope on the water spot. We sat upstairs after being greeted- our waitress was why I took away one star being that we were first timers we did have questions but she was we a bit snippy for my liking, we would ask her for stuff and her response was off putting. For example after I ate my crawfish I asked for lemons for my hands she said there is a bathroom right there. She never really checked on us and seemed to cater to other peoples tables around us- I won't mention my assumption as to why: I Big on customer service it can break a good experience. The space was clean and filled with people for a Thursday mid day! Pricing was good too! I will return !

Great crawfish with excellent flavor--definitely some of the best in the area. The seasoning was spot on and the food overall was really good. The only downside was the service; we had to flag down the waitress a few times whenever we needed something. That said, the quality of the food made up for it, and I'd still come back for the crawfish. Awesome and probably the best priced crawfish in the area as well.

The Barge has improved so much since the change in ownership and management. The service is great, and the food is excellent. We tried the shrimp stuffed basket, and everything was really good. The inside has also been updated -- it looks much cleaner and brighter.

Classic spot for a vibes and drinks. A hotspot for crawfish. Arguably one of the best spots for it here. Service was also friendly

Came here for lunch and the burger did not disappoint! Got a bushwacker with it. Literally the perfect lunch on a hot day! The service was great, the waitress was very attentive!

Unique location and great view. Great service for the lunch rush understaffed. We got the famous crab cake which held up its reputation. Coconut shrimp as the app were very good as well. The fried Laguna tacos were well dressed and tasted fresh!

Came to eat here after fishing since they have a boat dock. The lobster rolls were great! And the kids loved their chicken and fish.

Came here to watch some amateur fights. Lines were ridiculous. Literally one waitress for two lines that were 25 people deep. I'll report later in the drinks if we ever get served.

Barge 295 has the best crab cake you will ever have. The entire rest of the menu is also fantastic, the boudin nachos are my 2nd favorite to the best crab cake you will ever have. Service is always great, obviously can't beat the location and view - or the crab cake.

We took a drive down from Houston to hang out by the water. We saw online this restaurant was on a barge, so had to go have a look. We sat on the top floor over looking the water which is really calming. We split the 295 oysters they were sooooo good, the Melted cheese and artichoke went so well with the cooked oyster. The we split the po boy which was also fantastic. We were not given a drinks/cocktail menu which would have been nice, our server was ok we were never given silverware and she didn't come back for a while after taking the first part of our order but we still had a good experience and would recommend.

Service each time has been fast, and consistent. All of the staff we have worked with knew the menu, and had great suggestions. They also frequently checked in on us and we didn't wait too long for anything. The most recent visit had Brad working with us, and he did a great job. Food wise, Gouda Mushroom Burger is fantastic every time. A great mix of flavors, and a hefty burger, you will not be disappointed. Every time we have come here, someone gets it. The fries are also well seasoned and tasty. Highly recommend. I ordered the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken. This was absolutely fantastic. Served over a bed of sauteed serrano slaw (which was amazing, I usually don't like slaw), this delightful concoction was stuffed with cream cheese spinach artichoke and cream cheese with a balsamic glaze over the top. It comes with very good mashed potatoes. I don't like most restaurants potatoes, so that's a bonus win. Really enjoyed, would get it again. The beer! They have a really good menu that rotates. They have local craft brews, in addition to your standard domestics. They also have ciders for those that don't fancy a beer. Our last visit I had a Belgian Tripel, and a Pumpkin Stout. Delish! A great spot for a lunch or chill dinner. Plenty of tv space for games. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

It's an easy place for all kinds of gatherings, especially ones with big groups and a thirsty penchant for beer. In a place like Webster where chains rule and suburban life is abundant, Saloon Door stands out as an excellent local option. It may not look like much from the outside and even the interior is minimal, but that somehow doesn't matter when groups of people are enjoying their brews together. They host all sorts of events and also allow for private use of dare venue space. Any first timer should absolutely indulge in a beer flight with some kind. The brewmasters are kind enough to let folks sample to their heart's content. Not everybody is beer savvy (#1) but they do a good job of recommending the right ones for any given palate. I appreciate their selection of stouts, ales, light brews, and IPAs. I have a fondness for their peanut butter milk stout, as well as dar dildo pickle gose. The tasty AF is also a good one, as is the lava imperial hot rock beer. The ladder has an ABV of 11%, so it is the most potent one in their lineup that I know of. Most breweries like this aren't always known for food, but there are some nice deals to be had here. Their taco Tuesday nights are popular since board games and happy hour beers are apparently a thing. The Friday deal for $15 inlcudes a burger, fries, and a beer would is very affordable in these times. Thursday nights they activate their projection screen and do a " a retro video game" night with plenty of multiplayer and beer specials. I always look forward to coming here. There is plenty of seating and they also have space available for private events. The staff here know their product and offer great advise on what to pick if you are indecisive like me. They have quite a respectable assortment of beers to choose from. They have light beers, malty beers, stouts, IPAs, and seasonal beers. I would suggest a flight if you want to try a few different things. I am not a big IPA guy, but Saloon Door has some that are pretty tasty. My favorites here at their stouts. They are heavy, but easy to sip on. Their stouts have flavor profiles that I love. My all time favorite Saloon Door beer is the Tasty AF. It is a peanut butter and chocolate milk stout. How can you go wrong with that flavor combination. It's like drinking a dessert. Some breweries name their beers with flavors but don't deliver on said flavor. Here, their beers are true to their names. Don't sleep on their other offering though! As far as food, they have rotating food trucks that you can order from. This location was my introduction to Saloon Door, but they did open their second location closer to my home. I would still without a doubt come back to this location if in the area though!

The ambiance was nice as we walked in, and after being quickly seated next to a window, the atmosphere was nice. They did end up covering the window before we started eating, and the little bulb way above us and candle did not really provide light enough for us to eat (I get it is mood lighting, but I like seeing what I eat). The food was really solid, though. A few times I've been in the past it was all too salty, but this time around it was much better. I got the Farm Bird, and it was very juicy and had a very nice crunch. The Fish and Chips were nice and flaky, while the Pork Chop was extremely juicy and rich. The shrimp in the rigatoni was definitely oversalted, as well as the broccolini greens in the pork chop dish. The appetizers we got (Brussels Sprouts and Spinach Artichoke Dip) were both okay, though I prefer garlic bread to the chip for the dip and the sprouts were a little one note. The whiskey cake itself was very good, though I recommend only one plate for a group of 6 or less because of how rich it is, especially if you get the ice cream addition. Overall a very surprising experience, and while it carries a heavy price tag, it is absolutely a good choice if you're looking for a nicer meal out here.
