It is small and stylish so this store has a boutique feel about it. The sales assistants are very friendly and helpful without being overbearing whatsoever. It is pleasure to shop there. They are quite pricey, so I do tend to go there to buy "investment pieces" as they say as opposed to accessories, which I think are a bit over-priced. Other than that it is a great store!

It covers three floors and it very spacious…read more The ground floor has womens clothing and accessories, the first floor has childrens wear and womens lingerie and the second floor has menswear, homewares and womens shoes. There is also a customer services department for refunds and queries. It is an extremely busy store but nevertheless there are ample checkouts and the staff deal very efficiently with the queues so the wait is never too long. There is an excellent range of products and the store seems to be kept reasonably tidy compared to the smaller branches.

I can't understand why Primark seems to attract the kind of customers (not all of them of course) that will just drop stuff on the floor and not pick it up leaving clothes everywhere for the poor staff to run around after. Cheap and cheerful and just outside next door there is a plaque to commemorate the fact that it was the birth place of H G Wells.

I didn't even wear it. I called customer service to complain. They were suppose to call me back for a 2nd review. By this time they sent it back to me. I called 2 weeks after and they decided without even seeing the product new with tags, they declined a refund? WTF!!!! Called again to speak to a supervisor and again no call 2 weeks later nothing! They obviously do not care about their customers. Disgusted and disappointed!! I will never ever buy anything from this company again and post this experience everywhere I can.

It is a very small shop but absolutely packed with stock. We have bought some lovely cereal bowls and plates decorated with marshmallows (pictures not real ones) and pens and key rings. Some of the items are a little expensive, but also a little out of the ordinary. It can be a little difficult when shopping with boys in your group as they refuse to go in the shop so it is best when on a girls only outing.

The shop assistant I dealt with was my favourite so far, so friendly and chilled out. I went on my own but felt that she was as good as having a bridesmaid there. This was the last shop I went to after choosing my dream dress (thought I would honour the appointment anyway just in case) and whilst I didn't find a rival to that I looked at many very stunning dresses that may well have been "the one" if I had seen them earlier in my search. There were some amazing vintage styles including a tiered dress and some lovely art deco style. I don't know why this has 4 £ by it as I would say the prices are moderate for wedding dresses: price range was from £900-1800 with the majority being £900-1300. I would recommend Maggie Sottero as a designer that does stunning lace dresses that are far cheaper than they look, a lot of these are stocked here. It was a bit of a trip for me to get there but I would recommend it, I am very glad I visited this shop in my search.
