I thought it was weird but I said yes 12:45 right? She proceeded to say it was at 10:45. I thought ok no problem I can be there in 10mins. To which they declined stating there were no appointments available. Um hello? I was booked for a lash lift and eyebrow wax. That is at least an hour and half appointment. I could have still made it. In fact when I looked at my gps it was 8mins away. They proceeded to say no, the next available is 3:15 but I had to go to work so that wasn't working with me. Then they said well 2:45? I said, no I have to go to work. They ended up charging me full amount for a service they did not provide. Later she texted me to apologize that she miss understood my message about making my way over but I still got charged. Horrible customer service. I even tried to call to talk to someone and the number they were using was a not call number. I don't recommend this place at all.
