The two girls literally had one job. I paid $9.47 for an awful drink. Two dollars extra for protein cold foam that has no flavor. Frankly what I don't understand is why there's two employees working at this Starbucks anyway when I've never seen anyone go to this location and now I understand why.

I ask for oat milk in my matcha latte. That's it. Nothing complicated. Yet multiple times, despite the sticker clearly saying "oat milk," they've given me regular milk instead. I'm lactose intolerant, so thanks for that. And on top of that, the matcha is often clumpy. It really is not hard to make a matcha latte without chunks and globs of powder floating around in it. This is coming from someone who regularly makes both iced and hot matcha lattes at home, but there are days when I don't feel well enough to make them myself - which is exactly why I'm paying Starbucks to do it properly. Another time, my husband ordered a pink drink for me and they left out the strawberries. One employee claimed they were out, but the second my husband asked for a refund and said they should've mentioned that beforehand, another employee immediately told her coworker that they actually did have strawberries and looked confused. Completely embarrassing. The level of incompetence and lack of communication at this location is unreal.

I go through the drive through 2-3 times every week…read more A coffee sleeve and or topper should be part of what you get . SPECIALLY going through drive through and this is something rarely provided here / it's irritating to just get your cup handed without these two items necessary so you don't burn your hand and so coffee doesn't spill as you are driving. Today when I ordered my flat white, no topper no sleeve . As usual I ignored it and lucky for me I keep a used topper so that I can use . However , once I tasted my drink I became even more annoyed . I asked for a flat white with an extra shot and it tastes like milk with a splash of coffee and when I took the lid off of it , it looked like mostly milk just as it tastes. Starbucks is pricey and im aware but I pay extra for a shot and I'm not sure what they did but it was mainly milk . It's frustrating to finally taste your drink and then find out it's not as ordered and on top of that I pay extra for the shot !!!!!! Very disappointing and for a while there I didn't want to complain but the inconsistency and not providing a sleeve for a hot drink and also a topper so you don't spill while driving is very frustrating.

He said "it's company policy" (no one would've gotten in trouble, let's be real). As he is staring at her sweet face looking at him out the window. Never had a Starbucks ever turn down giving me a pup cup for her (I don't care if it's company policy, no one ever cares because it's a cup of whipped cream). The next Starbucks over did this for her, the world's most MOST giant venti pup cup, and didn't care about a ridiculous "company policy" So yeah this Starbucks is awful and their staff is awful.

The one drink I don't make at home is a White Mocha & while running errands I decided I'd stop for one. The service was great, as usual & I enjoyed going inside to order. The atmosphere is usually positive & clean. Where my review drops to 3 's is price & quality. I have found that a Venti with the typical 2 shots is weak & tastes like sweet milk with a splash of espresso. In order to have an enjoyable drink, I have to order a Quad Venti, Breve White Mocha. When I was advised my total was $10.22 for that one beverage, I was stunned. I paid, drank my drink, which was good & essentially vowed that I won't be returning. I had recently ordered a very similar beverage from a local coffee shop for about $2.50 less. I understand that the items I add have cost, but I feel Starbucks is really overshooting what they're charging. I'll reduce my visits & start checking out local coffee shops in my area.
