We wandered around commenting to one another possibly hoping to be approached by one of the two staff members we saw. Idealistically I was a little disappointed at first that the single bearded man who came in directly behind us was approached and helped before we were but perhaps it was understandable since we came together and perhaps that guy alone. Finally after a full rotation of the store and some extra time at the saucy adult back area, a young miss came over to ask if she could help. With a sigh of relief I relayed sizes and wishes and only moments later was given three bra choices in the color I'd requested. Choice A was fantastic in the front but lacked side boob control and had too narrow a back band. The sales person was wonderful, polite and courteous and communicated discreetly at all times. She upon allowed entry directed me to turn to the mirror and made helpful interactive comments on the garment. She stepped out. Choice B wasn't as lacy as I preferred so I went directly to choice C. Normally there would be more choices however it WAS Christmas Eve so of course it was what they last had in stock. Fantastically choice C was the winner. Matched with underwear and a similarly colored garter belt. Yes. Wonderful. Sold. And don't forget to pickup at least one if not two pairs of sexy pinstriped back lined stockings. Go here. You won't be disappointed.

The girl working that night was very cordial and knowledgeable with all her customers as I eavesdropped when she was helping others. It's quite a small store, so it's jam packed with goods. Why did I rank it so low? Well, this ranking was for me and my needs. Both water based and silicon based lubes were way overpriced compared to most stores downtown. ( though they too have increasing prices) They didn't have a spectacular array of cock rings, and the ones they did I have I didn't buy out of principle. Inflation is hitting hard everywhere, even in the sex shoppes. A simple lower class worker can't buy food, clothing or something to jerk off with. Yeah, I've been priced out of jerkin' sie gherkin!

I was looking for a couple of really soft bras with no wires, preferably cotton, and, of course, cute. And I found them. I don't need a whole lot of support nor do I like the push ups. I find that the big north American brand stores don't have a lot of selection and seldom have what I'm after. Another good thing about this store - and, in my opinion, this sets it apart from other lingerie boutiques - it is actually affordable. If you don't want to spend more than $50 on an undergarment, this is your place. Granted, they have some expensive stuff as well, but it's not all expensive. I give them 4 stars, not 5, because the selection they have is limited. I found another piece I quite liked, but they didn't have it in my size. So that happens.

I've bought four regular bras and one sports bra from Change in the past six months. In three out of the four regular bras the underwire has come out making the bras painful to wear. The first time it happened to me I assumed it was my own issue for being too hard on my bras but after buying a few more bras and having the same thing happen I don't think it's me. Also, I spoke with another woman who shops there too and she has had the same problem. I'm really disappointed because these bras aren't cheap and I can't really find my size anywhere else.

I took the tags off because I heard such good things about the change. However after an hour I immediately noticed that anywhere with stitching made my skin extremely irritated like it was stabbing me. I shook it off. I thought I just need time to adjust and I was almost right. 90% went away except this one spot which made the bra unwearable. I went in the following day to ask the manager for an exchange and she told that she didn't have any stock available to give me an exchange. So she said she would call HR and text me a solution on Monday. (I went in on Sunday) I didn't hear any news from her for close to a week. I got worried because I don't have any tags on I didn't want to be accused of wearing my bra a lot and be refused an exchange. So I went in on Thursday. The manager was out and the sales told me that an exchange is impossible because the bra I had needed to be in sellable condition since they needed to resell it. I don't have sensitive skin, there was a defect when they made the bra, the stitching isn't done well or properly. So much for good quality. That's not even the worst part of it. I got the sales to text the manager. Since I had talked to her previously. Turns out the manager didn't text HR at all, SHE HAD NO INTENTION OF HELPING ME. They then told me that there was nothing they could do and said I would have to come in the next day, when the manager came in, just so the manager would ask HR and get their authorization for a refund/exchange AND ONLY if I insisted on an exchange. I made it clear that I wanted an exchange both of the times I went in. The bra is unwearable Even though she told me on Sunday she would ask HR. this is beyond upsetting. This was finals week I didn't have the time. I had already went in twice in a week. Go to the metro location the people there are better I got an exchange there. The bras are still horrible it was okay at first but the stitching starting stabbing me on the third day of wearing it. I don't understand how this brand gets such good reviews both of the bras I got have problems in the stitching.
