That's why every time I visit an auto repair shop it's with a heavy heart and always leave with a much lighter wallet. Enter Ralph. I ran over a small screw and instead of going to Firestone (because I don't know any better), and this time I went to Ralph since he's only a few blocks away. Turns out the screw didn't even puncture my practically bald tire. He took it out, didn't charge me a cent, and sent me on my way. Coincidentally I had a bunch of repair that I needed to get done on my car that I had been putting off because I just hadn't had the time. I had a good feeling about Ralph's place so I dropped my car off and had a ton of work done. The entire brake system, and front suspension links. He also troubleshooted my AC. Didn't even charge me for a tire replacement or taking a look at my AC which turned out to only need some freon. The prices were very fair. This is the first time I've been to a car repair shop where I didn't feel like I was ripped off. Ralph you have a customer for life. I'll be bringing my and my wife's car to you from now on, and will be referring you to my friends and family.

I called the first time because nobody called me back and was told they are waiting on a guy for price, then I call a second time and was told don't worry about they have it covered. Today I go and pick up my truck and I go upstairs and paid $500 deductible and they tell go pick up your truck downstair, then 10 minutes later let they tell me come back up you have to pay $ 300 more. this isn't how you do business they have lost a great customer over $300

He has a dirty habit of scaring unsuspecting customers into agreeing to bizarre services and unnecessary replacement of parts. Lucky is downright untrustworthy. He will lie and cheat whoever he can, he'll do it with a smile on his face, convince you that everything will be sorted out without a hitch. Since he doesn't know how to diagnose cars, he is simply talking out of pocket. Trying to get you to agree to some sort of sale. When you do find yourself at this service station, you MUST ASK for MANDI, who is the HEAD MECHANIC. Ask to take a test drive with the mechanic, so that he experiences your concern. If your CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on, have him look at the car first. Don't let Lucky near your car with his little scanner. The shop is well equipped to handle the needs of various cars, Asian, American & European. Perform inspections, alignments, tires, brakes, fluid services, etc. The PROBLEM is simply that Lucky doesn't care for anything other than making as much money off you with the least amount of effort.
