Prudential own Egg, and this is Egg's Head Office (I think) -- so it seems like the best place to…read moretalk about them. I've been a fan of Egg's for quite a while. Their range of products seems quite innovative, which is quite an achievement in markets (such as the credit card market) where there seems to be little room for innovation. This fits in with the image they seem to try to project through their advertising -- informal, quirky, interesting people with whom to do business. Their customer service is good -- certainly we've never had any complaints -- and whilst you do get some computer-generated speech at the start of calls to their telephone helpline, you seem to get through to a human quite quickly. So all in all, we rate Egg highly -- we've certainly no regrets about choosing to use their services.
