Barclay Credit Card is committing FRAUD by accepting a payment to a closed account and not returning the dollar amount after being notified it was in error over 4 months ago. They acknowledged receiving the $$$ in writing but now are saying they are unable to locate the $$$. All calls being told "I am sorry...my system won't let me see that information...I will escalate this... you have to wait 2-3 billing cycles...someone closed the case...you will have to wait another 45 days because of a new case #". Would not recommend getting any credit card with this company. read more

This company has been the most disrespectful customer care service. I reported a scam and the represent . Had the nerve to blame me??? I instructed him to close my account Immediately, he didn't.
