These are very limited: Mon, Tue, Thu - 9.30am to 1.30pm Wed - closed Fri - 9.30am to 3.00pm Sat - 9.00 to 12 noon I would like to continue to support a local society, especially as things are at the moment, but I find it very difficult to find the time - my only chance is a few hours on a Saturday morning.

However, they are let down by the way they operate, which is doubtless dictated to by head office,. There can be large queues at the tills but staff are still on the shop floor, trying to sell you insurance etc. More emphasis on servicing existing products and customers may help retain customers - I for one have closed my account as I am fed up with the queues.
