Africa, where my family lived when I was growing up. I was not given the opportunity to mark items I wanted saved. The workers were not capable of evaluating items. Lastly, they disposed of a quilt made by my great grandmother. She was born during the Battle of Gettysburg. The quilt was stored in closed space under the stairs, far from the fire upstairs. Our insurance felt that no smoke would have entered the cubbyhole. They threw out 90% of our belongings and did poor documentation. I am waiting for compensation, but the lack of response to my concerns has prompted this review.

First Onsite fell far short of their claim of delivering an exceptional service experience. We…read morefound their workmanship shoddy and their project manager and site supervisor were anything but proactive. In fact the project manager's response to most every question was that he was too busy since he spends 8 hours on the road and then gets home to deal with 200-to-300 emails. Needless to say our concerns weren't heard or dealt with. First Onsite's project manager used a multitude of excuses for not to dealing with the numerous deficiencies left undone when the job was supposedly complete. His final assertion was that our home was a "hostile workplace", since senile senior citizen used emphatic language to request that a particular workman not be dispatched, was laughable. First Onsite offered around 10% of what our insurance company ultimately paid to correct the problems First Onsite left behind. One final thing worth noting is when I reviewed First Onsite's invoices on what they charged to our insurance company: these invoices were padded with items not performed, or items duplicated on another invoice to the tune of 20%. For that reason I question this company honesty.
