I was with a hair stylist for almost 20 years that did what she wanted to my hair and it was terrible. When I finally left and came to Taylor, I was very scared and and nervous. Regretfully, I probably wasn't the nicest person because at that point I did not trust hair stylist. But Taylor is not like this at all! She takes her time and makes sure to show you the process and explain everything. She gives her professional opinion but does not push you into a color or cut. She does not rush your appointment or have multiple people going at once. She makes sure to show me what the hair looks like through out the process to ease my nerves if we are doing something different. She has the bubbliest personality and always makes me laugh and enjoy getting my hair done. There is so much more I could say about Taylor but this review would be so much longer than it is already is. When we got there a few minutes early, they greeted us right away and told us we would be next. All three ladies working were very pleasant. Crystal cut my daughters hair, she was so nice from start to finish. She was talking to my daughter the whole time about kids shows because her daughter was around the same age as her daughter so she know all about them. I also do NOT like over spending on "beauty" products and worry about being oversold by sales staff on something I don't truly need at all. For that reason, I like this location's layout where at least I can clearly see the brand and go from there. Drugstore makeup product are to left as you walk in and fancier stuff is to the right. They were able to squeeze me in for a cut, color, leave in treatment, and blowout package..plus a quick eyebrow wax. My stylist, GG was her name I think, was really nice, laid back, and did a great job. I was really happy with the results. I will most likely come back some day. The office was organized and comfortable. I saw quite a few customers come and go while I was there and all of the haircuts I saw looked good to me.
