Spotted this very vintage barbershop that caught my eye, walked in and was fortunate enough to get a haircut on the spot. Clara was very professional and friendly, knew exactly what I wanted and did a very good job. Will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend her barbershop if you're ever in the Downtown area, although I would say book an appointment ahead of time but just to make things easier. The receptionist here is extremely rude. The door was locked at 2pm on a Friday and when she opened the door she was annoyed that I wanted a haircut. I'm not sure if this person was the owner or just an employee but I'm not sure why you would have such bad customer service right off of the bat. But when I just went in there to get a line up I was hearing some colorful pants and she processed to rant her option about how real men don't wear shit like that, and now a days men that wear that stuff make it hard to tell who has dick and balls and even mentioned something how People looking like me walking around like a "tranny". Being a strait man I was less hurt and more angered but also couldn't imagine how the fucc I would feel if I was gay. I have to say this place is amazing .. The barber is fantastic and makes you laugh, gets you goin on great conversations. Sometimes will squeeze you in last minute. Which she did on Christmas Eve for me.. Very much appreciative for the last minute Beard Cut. A short walking distance from my apartment and overall the vibe at the Establishment is inviting .. Her dog is so cute and polite.. I have to say this is my go to spot for my beard .. Not a haircut cuz I shave my head bald .. Please find your way to this local business, it will be worth it ..
