Decent location. Horrible management.
First of all, get your rate in writing. They changed mine between the time I looked at the place and the time I signed the lease (about two weeks later). By then I was already committed.
They will charge you to change all carpeting on your way out, whether or not it was dirty, just so they can tell people it's new carpeting when they show the place to the next sucker.
Complaints and issues will be ignored most times. I called them about one issue five times and they never responded. I also had a bad thermostat for several days. The maintenance guy finally came over while I was gone and said that the heat wasn't working in the bathroom, living room, or bedroom because I had a vent blocked in the bedroom (huh?), so it was my fault. Yet, magically, it worked fine after he left, despite him saying he didn't do anything.
Noisy because there are train tracks on one side and a school on the other.
Oh yeah. And if you actually want to live here for more than a year, they will make you sign a whole new lease instead of going month-to-month like almost every other place does. read more
