Best shop around. Run by Ronny who's a celebrity in PHX after more than a decade in the valley. His shops are clean, staff hard working and funny, and ambiance always welcoming. They have a good selection or products, ton of TVs with sports & chive, and always rocking some good music. Jacob has been my go to, always precise with his cuts and clear with his direction. Today I went to the signature location and had Jacob cut my hair. He did a great job and there was almost no wait in order to get in which was nice! Not a fan of the raised prices for a haircut, but small businesses have to do what they have to do. Overall I love this place and the barbers who cut hair here are great. read more

Ronnie is the best! I take my son here who is 3yrs old and has a hard time sitting still for the entire thing. Ronnie takes his time with him, and gives an excellent cut. Just had a phenomenal beard shape-up by Tanya! She started by taking several minutes of brushing and combing through my substantial and thick beard to see how it lay and which direction everything went before she even reached for trimmers or scissors. This demonstrates a true understanding of the artistry involved. Her use of trimmers was very limited and focused around the jawline and the fade up into my shaved head. Other than that she slung her scissors like a master. Her clean-up shave was great and the lines were clean and perfect. This was the best beard trim I've had since returning to the Valley after 4 years in DC. If you've got a thick beard, I highly recommend her and Uptown. Class act! read more
