I walked in today, the office staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, great at multitasking and very accommodating! Kristel, the technician that walked me back to the CT Scan room and whom performed the Scan was equally as friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the process and comforting as she explained what I should expect and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any questions prior to and post the scan procedure. Again, great to know I was able to have this procedure completed locally and it was very affordable. A satisfied customer! Dee P.

However, I was told that if I didn't…read moreschedule the ultrasound with them (which costs $1500 out of pocket), they would refuse to perform the mammogram. I already had the ultrasound scheduled elsewhere, but they still refused to provide the mammogram. This hospital does not seem to prioritize patient care, and it feels like they are more focused on overcharging locals rather than properly serving the community. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this facility, and I believe it should be reevaluated for its practices.
