She told me that scheduling would be about 4 weeks out from when I called to confirm that I wanted to move forward. After making an appointment and seeing my general physician, and rearranging my calendar at work, I called the office to confirm that I wanted to move forward with scheduling this surgery. I was told that the surgical scheduler would contact me. That was four weeks ago. I have not heard anything. I will go somewhere else to have this done.
