Dr. Sheilds has for decades had a successful surgical office in Florida before returning to New England to be closer to family. His wife is the office manager, and she has the same pleasant demeanor. So, if you have some issues with your feet - which we don't wish on anyone - you should be comfortable starting with this practice here in Litchfield.
