They gave terrible expectations for when they'd be ready and then got upset when I'd check in after their proposed finish date. They then lied to me about how I couldn't pick them up due to a supposed insurance issue, then proceed to tell me 2 hours later that I can pick them up and that they'll make an exception. When I get there they cancelled the doctor appt without my say. The doctor shows up and has an attitude when I ask a question about the orthotics because i "didn't have an appt".
