Looks like this is the new happening spot to come for drinks along the seine. The crowd is young and cool, and pints of craft beer and bottles of rose are everywhere.
The pros:
-location, location, location: cool, super chill yet intimate spot along the seine, across the way from the wanderlust
-nothing but local craft beer (including gallia ipa- yes!)
-they serve focaccia
-cool and hip crowd
-board and card games available
-live music
The cons:
-no happy hour, and 8€ a pint can add up
- not spacious enough - it's pretty popular and can be hard to find seating
- they weren't serving food when I went, despite it being dinner time lol. Also not sure if the foccacia is a rip-off or not: it's 15€ for 2 parts, but how big are they? To be determined...
The final verdict? This place is reminiscent of last year's sorely missed la douzette, except minus the whole hippie/ roots vibes going on and the cheap drinks/extra space. Ahhhh *tears* this place, however, is cool and I'll be back for a drink again. read more
