Prior to switching over to UCI Health, we were with Hoag. Both my wife and I say that Dr. Kim is the best doctor we have ever had. You can definitely tell that Dr. Kim genuinely cares about you and takes the time to ask questions and listen to you before giving her medical advice. And every time we visit she remembers the last visit and even the things we last talked about. I speak so highly of Dr. Kim to my family and close friends that even my parents and close friends switched over to Dr. Kim.

You are required to pay high annual membership fees that your insurance will not cover. This could mean thousands of dollars a year more in healthcare costs above what you are already paying. In exchange they promise to give you a higher level of care. I think this is horrible. Healthcare costs are so ridiculously high as it is and now if we start getting more medical practices like this who will only care for those with lots of money where are the rest of us supposed to go?

This has RUINED my chances at a business loan, a home loan & a car loan. My perfect credit was ruined because of a greedy Doctor that has the nerve to lie and say they tried calling me. I am appalled at such disgusting behavior over less than $100 after going to this doctor for a significant period of time. Not to mention they charged me $171.52 for a routine office visit, they received $108 which left $63.48 outstanding. If I paid cash their office visit fee would have only been $60 so not only did they get almost double from my insurance, it wasn't enough and instead greedily charged me more and then allegedly tried to reach me for more money. No other respectable Doctor I've ever known has done this in my over40 + years. I would reconsider before going to such a dishonest physician. I tried to fix this by paying my bill and asking for their help in resolving this matter regardless of who's fault it was, however, they REFUSE to make things right on their end and they cannot even prove I really owed this amount to boot! Now I have to have my attorney sue them in order to even get anywhere with this unethical practice. I hope I'm not the only person this has happened to so Dr. Crumpton will lose business. He believes in trying alternatives instead of medication. I personally hate doctors that just want to medicate the patient. I want to find out what is wrong and fix the problem not the symptoms.
