Recently attended a networking event at Bar Tulio's. The indoor-outdoor space is fantastic for people watching in Wynwood while still being in a cool space -- important in Miami. The restaurant/sports bar had a friendly vibe with great art of Mexican calaveras and cartoon characters, and the service was friendly and efficient. I especially liked that the margaritas were made with fresh juices and agave nectar. Only had passed bites, but the guacamole was very fresh. Will have to return for a full meal. read more

We started with the Chicken Taquitos and Elotes. Delicious!! I would come back just for the elotes. Both of our margaritas were good, one was prickly pear and one classic. I also got the corn tortillas with chicken and the spicy sauce on the side complimented the tacos! Chill atmosphere, server was friendly and gave fantastic service. read more

If you're in Wynwood and craving some incredible Mexican food, you have to check out this new spot! We went with a large group and got to try a little bit of everything. The food was outstanding-everything from the queso and elotes to the Tuna Poke Stack was packed with flavor. Even the health-conscious folks in our + group (myself included) were impressed with the chicken lettuce wraps, ceviche rojo, Mexican Kale salad and the perfectly cooked salmon. The short rib birria and lobster tacos were absolutely to die for, and I almost forgot to mention if you like spicy ask for the suicide sauce --it was fire! We also tried a variety of margaritas, and honestly, I can't even pick a favorite because they were all delicious. We didn't order a single bad dish, and I can't wait to go back because everything on the menu sounds amazing. The location is perfect, with a great atmosphere, and we lucked out because they were playing the UFC fight while we were there. According to our waitress, they show all the sports events, so it's definitely going to be a go-to spot for us. read more

Great food, great drinks and great service! Perfect place to watch a sporting event. Go check out their happy hour.

Our first time at Bar Tulio's was a total disaster. We're willing to give it one more shot because the food was genuinely good--but the service experience was a mess. It's Cinco de Mayo, and you'd think a Mexican restaurant would be prepared for one of the busiest nights of the year. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. There was no host to greet or seat guests, so we waited 25 minutes just to be told there was a 35-minute wait. We found a seat at the bar at 8:35 p.m., where only one bartender was working and barely acknowledged us. After nearly 45 minutes of trying to get her attention, Juan--the service bartender, who wasn't even supposed to be taking orders--stepped in and saved the night. He was a total angel and the only reason we stayed. He took our food and drink order even though he was clearly slammed making drinks for the entire floor. To top it off, we never got a call for our table--two hours later, and still nothing. At one point, even the host was making drinks because they were that understaffed and overwhelmed. Again, the food was great, and we're hoping this was just a case of poor planning for a big night. But a Mexican restaurant being completely unprepared for Cinco de Mayo? That's hard to overlook. We'll try again--but next time, the service has to be better. read more

We waited for 20 to 30 minutes for our drinks, which were good but not worth the wait. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, but that's not enough to make up for the long wait. We won't be returning. read more

Absolutely 10/10. Drinks. Food. Ambience. Customer service. 100% coming back. New go to spot.

Food was good, some improvements could be made with some of the dishes but they were open to our opinions and wanted to see what they could do to better them. They have great potential and they also gave us free churros as a thanks. The management and waiter were super nice. read more

We went just as happy hour was ending so I didn't think we would be able to partake in it, but, Lara, our hostess/server said we still had 8 minutes . We ordered the tacos, 4 of them, one of each kind. At first, I thought they were small, but don't let the size fool you. The flavor is BIG! They had a special, chicharon tostada, which was very delicious! Chef Tulio came out to chat with us and mentioned to try the nachos next time, which was actually one of the things we thought about ordering but was just getting super-stuffed with all of the deliciousness he made. The place is big with artwork depicting things reminiscent of Mexico, or that is Mexican. Definitely will come back again! read more

Drinks were great. Shrimp tacos a little on the sweet side but still good. Thanks Milena our server was nice and efficient.

I heard Bar Tulio's recently opened so a few girlfriends and I went in on a Wednesday night to try out some tacos and margaritas. I was actually blown away with how delicious the food was! I was not expecting everything to be as good as it was. We got the ceviche rojo which was reminiscent of a Vuelve a la Vida, the sauce was excellent, not sweet, perfectly zesty. The lobster salad tacos were uh-mazing! So much lobster! It was a chilled mix so felt clean and light but so flavorful, I could have eaten several. The shrimp lettuce wrap was also shockingly juicy and flavorful. Whatever broth or sauce was in them was so good. And then the birria short rib tacos...omg! The birria broth was actually perfection. Lastly the flan was the absolute perfect consistency. I got a spicy margarita, which was great and I could feel the effects, so they aren't weak. And lastly the location is beautiful! Full of a lot of nice details. It is an elevated casual ambiance, definitely perfect for a girls night. I really hope they do well, they deserve success. I am a new fan! read more

This is strike 3 for me when it comes to these IG influencers recommendations!! If these restaurants are ganna use people to promote their business. They need to give the exact same food, drinks and service they have these ppl pushing!!! If you want honest reviews,Yelp and google is where it's at... I saw this place on IG and the food & drinks looked good, so I decided to give them try. I went on a Saturday afternoon/evening with my husband, his long time friend and his wife. We walked in the place and saw no employees. Only a few straggler customers....There's a whole hostess station with NO hostess . Okkkkk. We proceeded into the restaurant and found one man working the bar that told us we could sit anywhere. Okkkkk. The place is new and I'll be honest it's in a nice spot, decor inside is nice, but the customer service is that of a funeral home . The waiter had zero personality. When we tried asking him about the menu, it was like we were bothering him. Usually people ask if it's your first time here and then take the time to explain the menu and what they have to offer. Not him, he was dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. All the drinks came in the same exact glass and in some cases taste the same with different names. The food was meh and the drinks were ok . We got wings (that was good) elotes (also good) the nachos were bland and COLD. Mind you that took the longest to come out because it was being made. Once it hit the table it was so cold, the melted cheese was hard. I didn't know that was possible for a restaurant. The main course once again was a hard no!! Nothing I saw on that IG post was in the building that night. Not to mention extremely overpriced for Mexican food . Don't waste your time or money coming here. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD/COLD FOOD. I saw an Instagram review on the restaurant by an influencer and the food looked great so I decided to give it a try. My childhood friend and I decided to double date with our wives. The restaurant was dead on a Saturday night so that was the first red flag. We ordered the wings which were great but overpriced. The server was extremely rude, un engaging and basically seemed like he didn't want to serve us by acting annoyed over every basic question we asked about the menu (I can only guess why). Besides the food the meal was very basic and cold. Drinks bad/uninspired and bill came up to a little under $400 with automatic tip even though service was horrific. I would never choose this restaurant when there are better Mexican options throughout Wynwood. The server needs to get re trained and reprimanded for his terrible service; he is causing the business to lose money. We were out with our wives so we decided to not make a fuss and talk to the manager. We left and got more drinks at GRAILS down the street. Great service by Shan'ti btw. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the server because he never introduced himself but he was dark haired, muscular built with a tan. We visited 02/01/2025 around 4:30pm. Party of 4. read more

It is a great looking place for all occasions and also the food and drinks were great

Bad food, bad service, youre better off going to Chili's. Queso from a can, chorizo taco was dried out and unappetizing, lettuce wraps with way too much cumin and rice that reminds me of Popeyes. Youll be disappointed if youre expecting good Mexican fare. read more
