My pick was the "Trio Mix," which came with herring salad, shredded cabbage, and tzatziki, topped off with bean sprouts, scallions, red currants, and leaves of endive. The meaty mushrooms had so much umami flavor, and the cream sauce paired perfectly with the starchy potato. I also added the caper sauce, made with yogurt, mayo, capers, anchovies, and dill, which brought out the flavors even more. On the side, we also got orders of shredded cabbage, shredded beets, and sauerkraut, which made for refreshing side dishes.
