I was there last September, staying at Dive Land Diving Base, but the Admirał Nelson kept me well…read morefed with traditional local Polish food - tar tar with raw egg, cod sushi, breaded veal, potato soup, etc. Their free internet connection kept me in contact with people back home, too. The beer was cold, and for a traveling American, their prices are very reasonable. Three people can (or at least could) eat dinner and get bombed on beer and vodka for about $70 USD. I never really got to test how well the staff speaks English as I had translators, but this is the place where the local SCUBA diving staff hangs out, so finding someone who speaks English is not a problem here. It is a nice, comfortable place, in a nice and small town.
