Who loves adult beverages?…read more I do, I do! This branch of a chain of only about 5 local area shops I believe is a hot one. Customer service: The staff are always wonderful, helpful, and kind. They will lead you to what you are looking for and even make suggestions. I think they are great! Selection: Cold fridge, and shelves of tons of beers of any kind. Basic plus some more they certainly have stocked. Liquor shelves are fully stocked and there is always what I would want, need, and even surprise new flavor and liquor content selections of products I didn't know had a new flavor or creation out yet even! It's all well stocked, organized, labeled, and neatly arranged. Wine Selection: Additional bonus here. About 1/3 of this liquor store is wine assorted my nation and then flavors. It's a very large selection for any typical liquor store. They even looked into ordering a particular wine for me once before! That is awesome in my book. Price: They do not over charge. The cost of everything is exactly correct for the Lafayette, IN market region/area. Heck, they even are far enough from campus (college kids are more cost worried as students on a budget), but with branches in Lafayette and West Lafayette they are very price friendly, fair, and accurate. Off campus area on the lovely South Side of Lafayette does not inflate prices. Overall, I have never had a complaint or problem. I have had my needs met and then exceeded by the kind relaxed staff and a non busy/clean inside atmosphere. I can run in and out, or stand in the middle of the wine section reading the wine magazines of the world wines on a shelf. I think it deserves a 5 since it is better than good to me - it's Greeeeat! A toast of our adult beverages to Bar Barry Liquors IV! Cheers!

All of you teetotalers in Lafayette are lucky, because Generation NA is amazing and has so many non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy. They even have slushies! You gotta love this place. Mostly, this is a grab-and-go store for all of your non-alcoholic beverage needs. Just pop in and be amazed by the quantity and quality of the NA bevs available to you. I'm gonna be like Ed McMahon on Star Search and give Teays River Brewing & Public House …read more.. (drumroll) ... three and three-quarter stars. I realize that referencing Star Search is some washed unc behavior, so forgive me. You probably don't even know what I'm talking about. But let's focus on the fact that I really want to give this place four stars, and so I did, because Yelp doesn't allow fractions, so I rounded up. But Teays is getting four stars with a couple of caveats. We'll just get it out of the way. I don't know if the burgers always taste like nothing, but we got two burgers today (the Burnworth Burger and the cheeseburger on the kids' menu), and both reportedly tasted "weird" and like "nothing." I didn't believe it until I tasted the burgers, and yep, nothing. Imagine if you suddenly got Covid and lost your sense of smell and taste. That's what the burgers tasted like, despite the Burnworth Burger having things like hatch chilis and red pepper aioli on it. Very weird! Maybe we just visited at an off time when the cook forgot to season the burger patties. Who knows. My meal, however, was great. I got the pulled pork sandwich, and the pork was so tender and flavorful, it almost didn't even need the small cup of barbecue sauce that it came with. It also came with some coleslaw and a choice of a side. (I chose fries.) I also got a pint of the Trauma Llama Ding Dong, which is a hazy IPA. It was very good! I do love a good IPA, and this one is made by Teays. This is a kid-friendly brewery, with lots of seating outside. Inside, there's a big bar for adults, but also lots of seating for groups and families. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant for parents who want a place to get a beer and also relax because their kids are more than welcome.

The Bottle Shoppe is a large store with a lot of wine and cheap domestics, but the craft beer selection isn't bad and apparently this is one of the better spots around Lafayette to get it. The dudes running the place were friendly and helpfully pointed us towards where we could get some firewood for our campfire. Cheers!

By now, transaction has gone through. I go get tag off shelf while clerk calls manager. "Nothing they can do about it" since I already paid. Apparently never heard of the word "refund", even if it's clear as day their mistake. Suffice to say, I'm now "banned", which is just fine with me.
