My meal had two meat choices: BBQ Brisket and a side of dry-rubbed ribs, and was rounded out by their homemade potato salad and their baked beans. The brisket was smoked, tender and flavourful. The ribs were a healthy portion and had a nice dry rub to them. At the table, I tried all of their proprietary sauces and had a great, filling meal.
