Awesome studio!…read more Great class times! I'm partial to 6am because it fits well into my schedule & it's offered 6 days a week. There's plenty of other times to go that should fit anyone's busy schedule. All instructors are friendly & outgoing with challenging classes. They switch up classes so it's not the same routine each time. I always feel like I've gotten my ass kicked (in a good way) every class! Their schedule is on the Mindbody app. & they have great seminars almost monthly. If you're into yoga or want to try something new they offer a discounted price for new members so check them out.

if you're used to a big city gym, this is a disappointment…read more there is a ton of cardio machines - well over 50, i would guess - but only ONE rowing machine in the entire facility. the cardio machines are placed so close together (i have not seen THAT many people there to require so many machines in the first place, but i probably have not been there at their most highly trafficked times) that getting on and off the machines feels like you are negotiating an obstacle course. depending on what machines you are using, you literally have to squeeze in between machines to get out of that area. most of the equipment is on the newer side and well-maintained. the hours are limited - VERY limited on the weekends. whoever heard of a gym closing at 4pm on sundays (6pm on saturdays)? there is no sauna or steam room. the stretching areas are extremely limited. the one designated area is so small that it could accommodate two people comfortably at the most. one can use the larger classroom area as well, but only when there are no classes going on. also, there are no bars and little other equipment to facilitate stretching, either in the classroom or the designated area. it seems that the staff and clientele have little concept of the importance of stretching, which every professional fitness instructor i have ever encountered has always emphasized. class selection is limited as well, with no yoga or stretching classes offered. some of this franchise's sister facilities offer a class or two, but not this gym. also, there are a lot of "meat-heads" who work out there, and they don't seem to understand the concept of "working in" when they are on a machine and doing their sets. they are agreeable enough when you request to do so, but the concept seems a bit foreign to them. staff is friendly enough; the clientele is not so much. i think that about sums it up. unfortunately, the options for gyms in this area are very few to begin with, so one is sort of stuck making do with the limited options available.
