It was my first visit here with for a physical exam and TB screen with chest x-ray for school enrollment. The staff here were all very polite and nice. The doctor was professional and thorough with the physical exam. The facility is clean. I was able to get in and out of there in about 1.5 hours total. Remember to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for them to update your medical record. The only problem I had with them was getting a copy of my chest x-ray report. They were able to get me a copy of the report in 2 weeks, but it was very blurry and difficult to read. My school rejected the report and required me to submit a clearer version. I had to contact the clinic multiple times, and it took almost an entire month to finally receive a new report. It was fortunate for me that I didn't need the report right away to clear a hold on my school account for class registration. So the moral of the story is if you need test results/reports ASAP, this might not be the best clinic. read more

Staff is unhelpful and DR gives basic care. Receptionist wasted my time on multiple occurrences giving me poor advise/direction.

This location is always late! Every time I have an appointment I'm always waiting up to an hour past my time.. have no regards for other people's time. read more

I'm totally frustrated..I have tried for two weeks to get a refill for my antidepressant. Pharmacy sent requests..I sent requests through mychart and made a phone call to hear nothing but excuses. As of now I still don't have my medicine which I'm supposed to take every day! read more

I've been coming to this doctor for ages!! At least 10 years. Ive only ever seen Dr. Joseph Cronin but the last time I saw Belinda McCurry. Do you know how it when you a really good thing, so you do your best to not lose that. That's Dr. Cronin. Very patient and attentive. Belinda was awesome! Her she's funny and witty. I enjoyed my time with her. Yes, this was still a doctor's appointment. The front desk is usually to the point. In the back, their a little more laid-back. They do bloodwork here but I'm assuming it's limited since I have a referral to an outside location. They always always always wanting be paid the day you show up. The beautiful thing about this doctor is they take a whole host of various insurances. I've had to change several times over the years but not my primary care provider. read more

I used to liked this location or atleast their service. But recent visits had our appointment last more than 2 hours. One hour waiting for checkin and names to be called then more than one hour waiting for the pediatric physician to come in the room. The visits are for my children annual wellness so I do not see any reason why the normal 30-45 minute appointment changed to more than two hours. read more

Dr. Portalatin and his nurses are the absolute best! He spends time with you, always answers any questions I have and never makes me feel like he's trying to rush me out of the office. The only downside to that is that he usually runs a little behind but I don't mind at all, he is worth every minute waiting because I know I will get the same quality of care when it's my turn!! Unprofessional. The front office staff we lovely enough, but they have no idea what's going on. The NP that we saw was the most unprofessional, reactive nurse I have ever been around. I would not want to be treated by her for so much as a stomach bug. She dismissed our concerns and was unwilling to do ANY testing or lab requests. At first, she feigned compassion, but quickly (probably as she was getting pressure from the primary physicians) she became anxious and seemed more worried about a potential lawsuit than about the health and well-being of her patient. At one point staff entered and in front of us she said how pissed she was. She proceeded to charge me the $179.00 for the visit with a promise that she would get back to me within 24 hours when the doctor returned. That was early last week. I wouldn't want to work for this woman or be a patient. She is not interested in getting to know your health history. She is interested in preserving self-interests. I hope she reads this and considers a new occupation or at the very least takes a good look into some professional development for she and her staff. If you're too busy, take less patients. Don't give mediocre care. Will update if she contacts me and is any different. I'm not holding my breath. read more

This doctor will not provide shot records unless you make an appt. My daughter was not due for shots. I just needed a copy of her existing shot record for my daycare. They refused to give them to me. I was required to come in for a "30" month checkup. My daughter was not 30 months old yet! They do not care about your child's welfare they just want to bill your insurance for a visit. I have been going here for years and they are really good. They care about their patience's and the doctors actually talk to you like your are more then a number or a billing code. I go to Dr. Janssen and he is the bomb and I'm alive because of him and his nurse Linda. read more

I have been going here for something like 20 years or so, and have been very happy with all of the medical care I have received here. My wife and son also go here and are satisfied with everything as well. I see Dr. Portalatien and give thanks that he was available to be my Primary Care Physician when I first started coming here. read more

They are always able to see us--both the pediatrics and the primary care. Plus my kids pediatrician, Dr Edralin, is so caring and attentive. I never feel like I pain when I call. read more

Used to like it,now hate it! The billing office doesn't know how to code properly and now a $40 office visit is being billed as as $230 consultation!!!! I've sent numerous letters to the billing office and the CFO explaining that they are using the incorrect code and I was completely ignored. I would not go here,unless you want to get raked over the coals financially. read more
