BCS is best in class for assisted living and memory care. I moved my father to Harrington and he grew to love it. He made friends and the staff treated him like royalty, catering to his every need. They allowed us to fully customize his apartment so that he would feel at home. When the time came to move him to Sycamore Memory Care, the staffs of both worked with us to make the transition as seamless as possible. The Sycamore exceeded all expectations. They took care of my dad until the moment that he died, providing exceptional, professional care all the way until the very end. I will be eternally grateful for BCS and the gift of compassion that they gave my dad in his last years. They are the best of the best. read more

I worked for park place towers as a housekeeper and just recently quit. Horrible manager. So obnoxious. It quite literally felt like it was her kingdom and we were supposed to bow to her. She made fun of my handwriting a hand full of times and told me i needed to write better, told me i needed to wear a bra, and then i heard her telling one of her long lasting employees that she needed "to wash her dirty ass hands" when the girl began to eat her food. She also speaks very ill of the residents. Caught her numerous times talking about how dirty the residents were when these people are ELDERLY. meanwhile the room was only dirty bc he had boxes everywhere from moving in. The first day i started i cried because she belittled me every time i asked a question, i asked "so how does the time off work?" and i was told "you don't even need to be asking that, you won't be able to take off anyways". i do not recommend working there or being a resident. thank you read more
