As this store to me represents women of bigger size not being judged it sucked hearing someone say rude things behind my back. Makes me not want to come into the store. Their help is generous and kind! From the front, you can load your items into your vehicle. Also, remember that you save $$ if you pay by cash because there's a higher premium on credit card payments. All in all, it was a good first experience. My only issue is the excessive amount of packing tape and labels that are all over every item. I understand items need to be meticulously organized and accounted for but it has affected the integrity of many of the items I have brought home. Big Lots used to get discontinued items that other stores were moving out to make way for new merchandise and they had real cheap prices. Over the years I saw them change to a store that carries basic merchandise that is very similar to what a Target or Walmart would carry. Tuesday morning still has that wide variety of products and you never know what you will find there on any given visit. They almost always have a little bit of yarn although they didn't have any that I could use today, no acrylic, only wool and cotton. They had a wider variety of scrapbooking and craft items than I remembered. They had lots of pots and pans and dishes and kitchen items, Linens, figurines, candles, fragrances and lotions, even some food items like cookie mixes, coffee syrup flavorings, candies and cookies. I didn't see any coffees and only saw a pumpkin flavored tea that I can recall. I wandered around for about an hour and spent under $20 but it was very entertaining if you enjoy just walking around and looking. I also think it would good be a good place to look for a gift item. There were plenty of customers, not crowded but bustling. I encountered one clerk who was extremely nice, a young girl who asked if I needed any help and if I wanted her to go get me a basket. The cashier was much more blase like she wished she was someplace else. I didn't have occasion to use the restroom. The store is barely visible from the outside, being overshadowed by the Big Lots store next door, but on the inside it's really quite big and full of lots of goodies.

There are always a few customers browsing in the store & they always seemed to be content with what they were looking for. Like any other Hallmark they have great signage displayed so you are able to find the correct cards. The employees are helpful & nice. This Hallmark belongs to the Hallmark Rewards program, which I love their rewards program, it allows you to get points to earn towards $$ off. On the downside there could be difficulties when finding as it shares a lot with other businesses in the area but it doesn't bother me, just walk a little further. Everyone could use a little more exercise in their day.

I am allergic to certain metals and needed to make sure the backing was plastic. When I returned to the store, one of them employees opened up the box to make sure that the clear backing was just plastic.
