I would highly recommend visiting during cooler weather or earlier in the day so you can enjoy it longer without the heat draining you. The farm itself is a little hidden away, but they do have signs posted for parking, which made it easier to find once we got close. One thing I really liked is that admission is completely free, although they do have a donation box at the entrance if you'd like to support the farm and the animals. There were quite a few animals to see including horses, donkeys, goats, ducks, and pigs. The highlight for us was feeding the animals. Make sure you buy a bag of carrots because the animals definitely know visitors come with treats and they'll come right up to you expecting snacks. The goats especially were very eager and entertaining for the kids. I also noticed they host events here and offer pony and horse rides, which would be really fun for birthday parties or family gatherings. Even though it's a simple little farm, it turned out to be a fun and relaxing activity for kids and families looking for something different to do in Las Vegas away from the Strip. Overall, we had a good experience and would probably come back again when the weather is cooler.

It was pretty much lackluster but it had the basics. Horses, donkeys, hogs, roosters, geese. It also had that homey feeling of items from days of old were strategically placed throughout the farm. It's free but donations of $5.00 or is asked for.

I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village for anyone looking for a modern,…read morecomfortable, and quieter alternative to staying directly on the Las Vegas Strip. Located about 6 miles south of the Strip, this newer 3-star hotel offers a more relaxed atmosphere away from the airport flight path, making it noticeably quieter than some other Las Vegas locations. It's also a great value thanks to its free parking and no resort fees. The staff truly make the experience stand out -- everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. A unique touch is that the reception desk staff also serve as bartenders at the hotel's 24-hour bar, creating a relaxed and personable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, featuring Hyatt's signature Cozy Corner sofa sleepers, mini-fridges, and swiveling HDTVs. The amenities were excellent, including a heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, 24-hour fitness center, EV charging stations, and complimentary hot breakfast every morning. Another major advantage is the location. The hotel is only a short 5-10 minute walk from Silverton Casino Lodge, where you'll find restaurants, Bass Pro Shops, and the famous 117,000-gallon aquarium. Plus, the Las Vegas Strip is only about a 15-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the action while still returning to a peaceful hotel at the end of the day. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, value, and service, and I would absolutely stay here again.

It tastes like real food and not something out of the microwave. The rooms were very comfortable and the option to use the restroom in the lobby was great when staying with a big group. We were able to make meals and able to refrigerate our goods. The rooms are nothing too fancy. We did have some issues with the plumbing, too. You can just tell that they're not on the 'up and up' in terms of maintenance and repairs, but it's a good place to stay in terms of avoid avoiding the expensive parking and crowds of the strip. Everything is within a 5 to 10 minute drive away and they have a Denny's restaurant right next-door. They also have a number of restaurants and cafés at this place- just no casino. They even have a pretty large pool area that was heated during our stay in January.

It is not a place to stay for a hotel. I have gone here twice, ended up booking something that was way more than what I needed, and I was not even able to enjoy the amenities because of their 10 AM checkout time. Even though all I did was go to sleep at 9 AM with my face mask because that's the kind of life I have, I could not even get the coffee maker to work in time for the checkout time at 10 AM. The housekeeper was already knocking on my door at 9:45 AM and she couldn't even help me with the coffee maker that wasn't working. The shower barely had a hot water, it turned out that I had to turn it the other way for it to work and I had to call the front desk and they were going to send someone to me while I was naked in a towel until I finally figured it out. They have beautiful amenities, but no one is able to use them. Even though I had paid $345 to stay the night in their checkout time was 10 AM, they still would not give me a wristband for the next day to enjoy them. They said it was because they were a timeshare. There is no other place. I know of, hotel, wise, where they would treat their guests this way. So ultimately, I will never stay here again. And I advise you not to as well unless you're an owner.

Vendors were ALL picked and our international guests were given notice of the date to get tickets. Ashley called us the day AFTER my dad was in the hospital letting us know that the business "might" not be in business or it "might" not be an event center any longer. In an email later, Ashley informs us it's "Force Majeure" and that it would be impractical and impossible for the venue to host our wedding. After I spent about 15 minutes laughing at a non attorney explaining the law to the two of us (two attorneys)and that too incorrectly... I proceeded to freak out. This is bad business and we have been told they are looking to sell the business. I for one will be keeping an eye on this corporation and the officers involved. NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. Get an ACTUAL attorney to do your work instead of a sales girl hired by daddy. Bad business practice that will follow them.
