I try to keep my expectations for Asian cuisine in Switzerland low so that I do not get my heart broken in the process. First and foremost, this is NOT by any means Taiwanese cuisine. What it is is a melange of East Asian street cuisine, namely ramen, pork/duck buns and finally egg waffles. These offerings have become quite standard in most ramen places I've seen in North America and Europe. I had the Super Tiger menu and had both the pork bao and the Shoyu ramen. The bao was well done, a section of pork belly that was seared well. I only wish it has the crispy skin on it. Next, the ramen. I enjoyed it, it had the key ingredients of wood ears, seaweed and I liked their addition of edamame. The noodles weren't over cooked. They were fine. The only complaint I had was that the broth was on the too salty side. I ordered a tea because the noodles made me so thirsty. Onto dessert, being from Hong Kong, I asked for an egg waffle, but plain, as I'm accustomed to. It was definitely on point. The egg waffle was fresh and piping hot. I know for sure I'll be back for more waffles. All in all, a good addition to the Geneva food scene. I know I'll be back read more
