Great to see something unique here in Santiago. Bao Bar has a great little menu of tapas and bao. We tried the huevo crujiente (basically a scotch egg but served in a nice tomato sauce), the hummus and tapenade plate, the cerdo tonkatsu (think katsu chicken) and the pulled pork bao.
Portions were small but it was enough to satisfy us. Everything was pretty tasty. Great drinks menu also.
Service was fast and they have a nice heated outdoor patio.
The menu could get boring quickly as you'd probably try everything after 2 visits, but otherwise this is a great place to check out a couple times! read more
