When some of my results were borderline he sat down with the practice and talked the details over to make sure we were on the right track. The main feeling you get is apathy and that they are overworked and understaffed. They have zero proactive reach out and do not do anything to inform me of new treatments and developments.

I also questioned her license as she did not appear on the Massachusetts medical professional license website. I was given paperwork to prove she trained and was licensed in Colorado. My primary reviewed the expensive test she ordered and was confused that a simple cortisol test was not done. I cancelled my follow up appointment after she prescribed a medication not covered by my insurance. Unfortunately until there is better organization in this office I would recommend exploring other options.
