When you start reading reviews for IVF clinics--especially larger ones like Boston IVF--you'll see…read moreeverything from glowing five stars to stories of heartbreak. After going through it myself, I've learned that it's not really about the clinic itself. It's 100% about the team you work with. And if you're lucky enough to work with Dr. Emily Seidler and her incredible team then you've found the gold standard. We had a really difficult start at Boston IVF and came close to switching clinics entirely. The care we first received was impersonal and left us feeling completely lost. At first, we thought we could tolerate that if it got results--but over time, we realized our specific needs, questions, and goals weren't even being considered. The doctor was focused on what they assumed we wanted, rather than actually listening and working with us to maximize our outcomes. And then we met Dr. Seidler--and everything changed. Dr. Seidler is one of those incredibly rare people who is both deeply brilliant and genuinely kind. She doesn't just follow a set protocol--she pays attention. And I mean, really pays attention. When I did my first egg retrieval under a different doctor, we ended up with 7 eggs--and a massive insurance headache. We felt completely failed by the system. Then we met Dr. Seidler. She took the time to understand us--our goals, our history, our insurance limitations--and helped us make smart, thoughtful decisions that were truly in our best interest. Under her care, my next retrieval produced 22 eggs. That wasn't luck--that was her tracking how my body was responding and adjusting the protocol with care and precision. She stayed engaged, curious, and genuinely invested. She noticed things. She remembered things. She made us feel like we actually mattered--not just as patients, but as people. That kind of brilliance and humanity in one person? It's honestly a unicorn-level combo. And then there's Robin and Nikki, the two amazing nurses who make up the rest of this dream team. These women are absolute rocks. IVF is emotional, confusing, and full of logistical twists and turns, and they helped us navigate all of it with so much grace, clarity, and PATIENCE. They fielded every voicemail, email, and question (and yes, I had many!), and always responded with such kindness and patience, like I wasn't being overwhelming--even when I 100% was. Their kindness didn't come from a script--it came from presence. From actual care. And you can feel the difference. Thanks to this team, I felt supported, seen, and in incredibly capable hands at every stage. Their combination of expertise, compassion, and steadiness helped me stay grounded through a process that is anything but predictable. They didn't just guide me through treatment--they held me through it, with so much heart. And now, after three egg retrievals and three embryo transfers, I'm sitting here, 20 weeks pregnant, feeling this little baby kicking (!!) as I type--and the gratitude I feel is hard to put into words. I know I will carry this team's impact with me for the rest of my life. Dr. Seidler, Robin, and Nikki didn't just help us get here--they gave us the gift of feeling truly cared for in the most vulnerable moments. I will never forget what they've done for our family. If you're wondering whether Boston IVF is right for you--my honest advice is this: don't just look at the clinic, look at who you'll be working with. The right team makes all the difference. And with Dr. Seidler and her team, you'll be in the best possible hands. Their care changed everything for us.

In my experience she has been caring, compassionate, and always responsive to my needs as a patient. I was diagnosed with stage 3 Endometriosis and following laparoscopic surgery performed at BIDMC I was able to get pregnant from one IVF cycle with a fresh embryo transfer. My wife and I are overjoyed that following a long wait for surgery due to COVID-19 I was able to get pregnant so quickly. Thank you Dr. Seidler!

He wrote a horrible review of a book on NutraSweet ("Aspartame, is it safe?") in an NEJN review) where the author (HJ Roberts, MD) cautioned his patients against Aspartame and Arturo Rolla ridiculed him to no end without substantiation. He said "my reaction to this book is as negative as it is strong. There is no place for a publication such as this one" and "It only adds to public misinformation, confusion and mistrust". And again: "Freedom of the press relies as much on the honesty and responsibility of the writer as on the government that supports it" - basically calling Dr HJ Roberts a liar and a cheat. Dr. HJ Roberts didn't have to redo the scientific research in (t)his layman's book - the peer reviewed science was already done by many others. At that time Drs HJ Roberts and Russell Blaylock, Alan R.Gaby, Woodrow C Monte, Mercola (and countless others) objected to Rolla Arturo's conclusion that NutraSweet was safe. Before the book was written there was a laundry list of serious negative consequences. They could all see it in their clinics. It never was safe (1)and nobody knows just how many suffered and how many saw an early grave of the many (breast, liver, colon. rectal & bladder) cancers it caused. The WHO (2) recently confirmed that this top sweetener is definitely carcinogenic and those who consume(d) it have a 13% higher risk of cancer than those who don't - and that's on your conscience, too, Rolla Arturo from Harvard University in Boston. 1)Woodrow C Monte, : "METHANOL AND THE PUBLIC HEALTH": Journal of Applied Nutrition, Vol. 36, #1, 1984 2)WHO, April 12th., 2022 & May 15th., 2023 Executive Summary and Discussion, respectively

My appointment was for 5:30 PM. I arrived in the receptionist told me he was running an hour late…read more After 30 minutes, she called me over and said she would have to cancel my appointment. She offered to reschedule me in two weeks. When I said that appointment time would not work, she told me it was the only one she had that month. I was upset because I work long hours and drive a pretty hefty distance to this appointment. I asked the receptionist why I couldn't be seen that night (even if I waited) and her answer was "the doctor started very early this morning and needs to leave so he can properly function tomorrow morning for work." This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard!!!! This doctor does not respect people's time!! I asked to have a release form so I could take my medical records and find another doctor. This office charges $50 to have medical records released. I am being charged because of this doctors incompetency! The office has a policy that you must cancel all appointments with a 24 hour notice...yet my appointment was canceled 30 minutes past the appointment time!! I should also add that about a year ago the doctor's wife was working the reception area. I didn't know at the time she was his wife. She rang in my credit card incorrectly and double charged me. She took the credit card again to do a refund and double charged me again! My $35 co-pay ended up being four times the amount. They didn't have enough petty cash in the drawer to reimburse me so they had to give me a credit. This is a huge inconvenience. The woman begged me not to say anything to the doctor because "she would lose her job." I later found out that she is his wife. I know there are not many options for endocrinologists in this area, but please don't waste your time-literally!!!!
