This has to be some of the worst customer service I've ever had to experience here in Yuma and this town certainly isn't known for professional, timely or quality service!! Ordered a window decal and name plates. It took weeks to hear a word! Called and inquired about my order. No one ever called me back. Emailed, never a response. Called for the 3rd time and the owner "Sonya" said the tech who was working on my order didn't work there anymore. NO EXCUSE. There should be someone else to pick up the slack. That's what professional, reputable businesses do! No apology, nothing. She scheduled to meet me at my office today at 5:00 pm ok, I figured lets get this done and I already knew I would never use her business again after this blatant lack of class. She didn't even show. I called, she picked up the phone and her attitude was just pathetic, didn't care, she was running late she said and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule! Ha! Absolutely Not! I do not tolerate incompetence, substandard service when I'm spending my money! Not to mention the attitude she had was as if she was doing me a favor!! She hardly cares because evidently she has enough business. The problem is people in this town tolerate this crap and she knows it. I will stitch this business at every opportunity. People like that don't deserve to be in business and she will reap what she sews! read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I didn't think people could act this way and still be in business. I ordered plaques for an award ceremony over the phone, provided a credit card number to start the order, and gave a need by date a few days in advance of when I actually needed them just to be safe. I called the morning I was told I could pick them up and was told they weren't ready and would be ready in two days (the day of my event). I explained that my event started at 11 AM and was assured they would be ready at 9 AM for pickup. When I showed up at 9 AM to pick them up, I was then told that it would be a couple hours. I again explained that my event was to start at 11 and they had to be ready by then, and was assured again that they'd be ready. When I showed up at 11 I saw Sonja (the owner) working on my project on the computer!!! She hadn't even started my order. I sat in the store for two hours and watched about 10 other customers come in and ask for their orders that were supposed to be ready, obviously not a single one was ready. I'm glad I stayed there because I'm certain she would have stopped working on my order to help the next person that walked in. The best part is that when I asked for a discount because I completely missed my event, her response was that I was already getting a discount because she ran out of the plaques that I ordered so she had to give me the bigger ones, so I should apparently be grateful. The plaques had different color wood backings and different color plates, and even when she thought she was finished, she ended up being 2 short and had to go back and do more. I have driven all the way out to this place about 6 or 7 times to pick up the "rest" of our order. Every single time I hear the same thing.... "Tomorrow after 1p.m." After 3 times of this pattern she manages to get done about 1/3 of the remainder of the order. We visited her a few days ago to confirm the rest of our order... Of course we got the "tomorrow after 1p.m." speech. Having learned my lesson several times before, I decided to call her at about 1:45 just to make sure. First she acted like she didn't know who I was. Then she acted like we didn't have any more to our order. Then our color was on back order. She says "I have to go, I have work to do." So I say "Obviously not since we have been dealing with this shit for 2 months" Then she replies with "Yea I'm just a fat lazy bitch ain't I?" and hung up on me!! Unbelievable. Time after time after time she promises a deadline. This time she says she will drive to Phoenix to have it done by Monday..... I will post an update Monday afternoon when I get the same treatment for the 9th time. Just take your business elsewhere. Pay the extra money to get it done in a timely manner. Terrible customer service and unbelievably irresponsible management. Either hire some help or stop promising a deadline and costing businesses money. This would be a ZERO STAR review if allowed. I have had this business two years in a row , sort of slow but this time it takes the cake, I ordered several name plates and trophy ribbons to be made up the last week of November 2014. The owner told me they would be ready the 8th of December, I went in to pick them up and pay for them, I was told that the person doing the work was behind it would be a few more days, at the end of the week the 12th of December I was told that the person doing the work was sick it would be next week. Next week December 15 I was told the Machine broke down that engraves the wording it would be ready tomorrow. the next day I didn't go in but Wednesday the 17th I went in to get the plates and ribbons and was told that they were not finished yet mabey next week.Phooey these people are a joke , I might have to go some where else mabey on the internet, I have heard several complaints about this business, it is a crying shame this goes on I am going to go to the BEtter Business beaureu and file a complaint.
