I ordered a table runner and paid for rush shipping in order for the product to make it in time for our event. I approved the artwork 8 minutes after the email arrived into my inbox. I was then notified that the order would be delayed by 4 days. I spoke to customer service and they told me that due to the delay in artwork approval, the ETA was pushed. We ordered a Step & Repeat, arrived on time and in good quality, but missing the stand. When we called, they said there is no stand available for the size banner they sold. We then asked how to hang it, they had no options. My experience with BannerBuzz was not pleasant. It is nearly impossible to speak to a representative. You will wait on hold for 30+ minutes just to have the phone system cut you off because they have too many people in the queue. The email will also bounce back. They don't seem to be a legit company at all. The banner I ordered was incorrect. They actually removed portions of the art work and added kidish looking icons to the banner instead. When I chatted in they could not help me and sent my request to the 'concern team' which they said would taken 1-3 days to hear back from. But what I experienced working with Bannerbuzz is not excusable and should serve as a warning for anyone who is depending on them for their services. Last year, I placed an order for table displays that was delayed over 8 weeks with no notification by BannerBuzz. On multiple occasions via chat support and phone support, I was told that the proof had not been approved. On each of these occasions, I gave my approval, but didn't receive any production or shipping updates. After 8 weeks, I got fed up and asked for a refund. Instead, they gave me store credit. Sure, whatever. Fast forward to today. The website will not let me use my store credit. I go back and forth with support. They tell me to refresh my browser 20 times, never thinking that calling me to sort this out could be a solution. When I call, they offer callback services. 20 minutes later, I'll get a call from Banner Buzz only to hear "no representatives are available at this time". Come to find out, I cannot use my store credit unless my order total exceeds my credit balance. Ok fine, I guess I'll give Bannerbuzz more of my money to redeem the credit they gave me. Once I made my purchase, I looked for artwork templates. I could not find artwork templates. What kind of printing service does not list artwork templates on their site?? Ok, so I request the graphics over chat. Only takes 60 minutes with Ankit, who is helpful, but so slow. Once I got the graphic templates from Ankit, I finally had my artwork ready to submit. They provide a link to "DriveHQ", which does NOT work. There is an upload button. I click it and it says "Uploaded". When I refresh the page, my artwork is gone. So then, I just go to their contact form and submit my artwork with my own Dropbox links. There is captcha on the form. Even though I pass the captcha check, the form will not submit due Captcha failure. I have been doing business with Bannerbuzz for nearly 10 years. Until last year, their printing quality was sufficient and turnaround times were great. Something has changed, and their website is a total hassle to use. Avoid at all costs. They try to blame shipping delays on failure of the customer to approve proofs, when, in fact, I approved it 26 minutes after receiving the notice. I also paid for priority shipping. My banner is now delayed 4 days and will likely not arrive in time. The products are manufactured and shipped from INDIA so there is no recourse (expedited/overnight). This is the second terrible experience I had, and only ordered from them again because I needed to match the materials and hardware. It didn't arrive until the following Monday, AFTER the event. The company made no attempt to refund or make it right. They launch into a story about 89% of their packages make it on time. That's nonsense and of no help when you're in the 11% and they do NOTHING. This is not a local company. My package was in India or Italy when it should have been to me. They seem to be running a racket on shipping costs - I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering from them because it seems to be a common problem. On Sunday 5/19 around noon I approved my artwork and was given an estimated arrival date of 5/24, or 5/21 if I wanted to pay $30 extra. I asked about changing my shipping address and suddenly my ETA jumped to 6/3, so I reverted back to my original shipping address to retain my ETA of 5/24. They then charged me $15 extra for "upgraded shipping" and refused to actually explain why my ETA had increased two weeks (10 days) all within the same day (fewer than 8 hours). They even called me and lied on the phone, so I don't have a lot of faith in this company. read more

I Paid for two day shipping had a very important event . the order gets shipped internationally on the 15th of july, was to arrive on the 18th, instead of them shipping from there Atlanta location which is 30 mins from my house. They shipped it from India making it an international package having to go through customs package never came on time. when I called customer they all read off of scrips and would not refund my payment even though they were the ones in error. Horrible experience. It was nearly impossible to communicate with anyone and I had many questions regarding the artwork I sent and the proofs. The entire process was confusing. I had to communicate by chat 4 or 5 times in two days to make sure the artwork was correct, that it had been approved and was going into production as our deadline was very tight. They need some staffing that better understands and can communicate in English and has some understanding of the printing process as technical questions are difficult enough to answer without the added frustration of not being able to understand the accent of the representative. 9-23-20 I ordered business cards for my husband through them for the 1st time. I have used the same proof a thousand times over with different companies; never a problem! They operate in a fraudulent manner and have terrible customer support making it incredibly difficult to speak with anyone who can actually help. The support just repeats the same thing over and over again, but it is a human not a robot. The support also doesn't even know how their own website works. Update from 1 star to 3 stars: Bannerbuzz rectified the issue (free of charge) and new business cards arrived this week. They look A LOT better than what I previously received, since they actually matched the proof. The business cards were even packaged better this time. The new shipment package was 4x bigger than the last package and there was foam to protect the cards this time. There was no foam last time and the card corners were roughed up a bit. Note- the cards are sent from India. __________________________________________________________________ Ordered business cards and they were BAD. I should've checked reviews before ordering, but the cheap pricing is what drew me in. They were advertised as $5 for a stack of 100. However, when you go for double sided, it is closer to $7.50. The shipping isn't that cheap. Overall, I paid $45 for four different stacks of 100 cards. Their website isn't the easiest to upload designs to. The preview option wasn't working, so it was hard to see what was going to print. The graphic designer uploaded the designs anyways, as we were assured (via phone) we would get an emailed proof. The proof looked fine and it was uploaded with full bleed. Yet when we approved the proof and finally received the cards, the trim was off. The face of the cards were sloppy, not the proof we saw. Packaging was cheap and some cards were already bent on the corners. The decks were mixed up, I had to organize them... Would not order from again. This company is probably only good if you 1. I placed an order for window decal and paid for priority shipping which means I was supposed to get "quick" turnaround. I uploaded the artwork and asked for the proof, supposedly a proof was going to be provided in a few hours. They provided me with the proof about 7 hours later but instead of my image they took out the color from my artwork and made it all white. I asked their design team to make the decal look exactly like the picture i uploaded for them. The next day, I was waiting for my proof, I gave them 8 hours, and nobody got back to me. I contacted customer service to find out what is going on with my proof. Customer service told me that their design team is overwhelmed and asked me if i could wait another 2 hours. I told them ok - 2 hours later - there was nothing from their design team. I contacted customer service and they gave me the same story - they short staffed and they are working on my proof. Make long story short - i was going back and forth with them for 2 more days. Now - 3 days later they finally provided me with the decal with correct colors, but the shape is all wrong. There was a reason why I paid extra for priority handling and processing - and what did they do - waste 3 days due to their incompetence, and to add insult to injury, they told me that I have to pay $20 more to get my order processed and shipped. I ordered a window vinyl and it was the worst quality window vinyl I had ever used. It did not go on properly, and when I contacted the company about it, they just told me it was user error. I have installed many of these in the past from other companies and never had the same issue with them. All they would do is offer a discount on a future order, but I will never use BannerBuzz again. I've attached a note with the order that I need it on a specific date and when I called they said it won't get here 2 days after the day that I actually need it. The agent would not listen/read/understand that absolutely none of their upload links where or were not executable. She kept insisting that my art file was over 20 m (too large) and that was the reason I couldn't upload. She (and others) sent my to WeTransfer. Good idea if you want to be flooded with SPAM and senseless advertising. All I wanted were a couple of garden flags. All the agent could insist on telling me is the canned "I regret you are having these difficulties."
