    I have purchased four banners from this company's branch in Shawnee, GA, through a professional graphic arts intermediary. Apparently it is a company based in India. One of the four banners ripped without being touched after being extended for only several hours. The company would not replace the defective banner. I will never use BannerBuzz again. If the banners work, they are good and cheap. But the quality is low, and the banner can rip by itself through initial use. In the photo below the banner detached from the hardware. This happened several hours after I used it for the very first time. My graphic designer intermediary communicated with Daniel Kemp of BannerBuzz, and Daniel wanted a video and complete forensic analysis to prove after the fact what happened. This is absurd and impossible to satisfy. A responsible company simply would've sent me a refund. I will never use BannerBuzz again.

    I ordered 30" wide 22" long I got the opposite size

    This has been a very traumatic experience for me dealing with this company took my money for two orders snd sent out the wrong size and now refuse to compensate or come to a resolution for their mistake pleas don't work with this company you will be disappointed it's all a scam look elsewhere for your business I ordered 30" wide and 22" long and they did the opposite and now refuse to accept there mistake and I'm out of amost 200 dollars

    I ordered my banner on February 22, 2024, at 7:28AM. I received an email notifying me that my order had been processed successfully exactly 1 hour later. Then at 8:40 AM, I received an email that my artwork was ready for approval and at 9:50 AM, I saw the email and approved the artwork, where I got another confirmation email. I paid an extra $35 to have Priority Overnight Shipping which would arrive *overnight* for the next day, Friday, Feb 23. This was the date given in the checkout and in my confirmation email. That same day, at 12:24 PM, I received an email that my shipping had been "downgraded" from Priority Overnight, to now come days later on Mon, Feb 26. When I emailed the company to ask why they could not fulfill my paid overnight shipping, and then to ask for a refund if they could not fulfill as promised, I was faced with excuses about the approval not going through in a timely manner (though it took less than a few hours to approve the design, and never did they notify that the overnight shipping was contingent upon an approval within any particular timeframe) and they also copy/pasted repeated robotic answers. There is no real customer service nor am I convinced I ever spoke to a real human. When I received my banner on Monday, it was made extremely poorly, a very thin flaky material that is not at all what I expected out of 13oz vinyl (used a different company previously and their 13oz vinyl was miles better). The coloring was also slightly off - the green looks fine but the cream is much closer to stark white. So now my branded colors are not the colors that match the banner. When I emailed them about this, they said it is normal and the industry standard that colors do not always convert. Well, that is not what I approved or paid for. The proof they sent was identical in color to what I ordered, but not quite what I received. They have refused all requests for refund and have taken no ownership of the shipping or coloring issue. Absolutely one of the worst customer service and product experiences I've ever had. Ironically, the "how was our service" Typeform link at the bottom of my confirmation email is not an active web address. I will be going quite literally anywhere else for my small business needs in the future and encouraging everyone I know to do so as well. UPDATE: I had warned them that if they were not to refund the $35 overnight shipping as they did not honor the overnight date I paid for (I'm not even asking for a full refund) then I would file a complaint with BBB. They continued to take no ownership and offered a $15 store credit instead. I filed with BBB and the emails started coming from a "Brand Associate" instead of "Support Team" and refunded immediately. They only cared because now there were ramifications for them. Luckily, after a week of pushback, I did finally receive my refund.

I was very nerves when I called store 42, but I was extremely lucky to speak with a lovely lady (Raha), she said, she will send someone to the apartment to pick up the box and then she will ship the box to Toronto. She called me 3 time: after picking up the box, confirm the address and collect credit card number, and finally one last time when she finished processing the paper work to let me everything done, and then email me the receipt. I was pretty excited to have it magically transform into a beautiful piece of art that I could show off to potential employers. Except when I walked in the door, I was greeted by less than friendly staff. I didn't expect to be given a tiara and a glass of champagne, but I think I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone helped me. Then the guy who served me kind of gave me the "yah? What do you want" routine and so I coyly suggested I have some of the pages redone and the cover re-bound. I asked if he suggest I do anything else and he said he didn't know. He then swiftly took my stuff away and came back 15 minutes later with my semi-new portfolio in hand. He rang up what I owed him while answering a phone call. He didn't look at me or have the courtesy to call the guy back while he finished serving me. I left feeling deflated that I hadn't asked for more help or been more assertive, but I didn't have the energy. Shouldn't these people WANT to help you? WANT to make something look professional and beautiful that you'd be proud of, and then, presumably, you'd suggest their services to your friends (or potential employers?) I dunno, maybe not all TPH locations are like this, but I'll never go back here again.
