They went above and beyond by inviting my son to their location and honoring the appointment we had at a different location! The entire front desk, GiGi especially, were so kind and helpful. Xavier was amazing during the initial portion of the appointment and even apologized for the wait (while they squeezed his appointment in-no apology needed). Then Dr. Kusher came in and was beyond kind, personable and reassuring. We couldn't have had a better experience. Things have a way of working out!!!

The receptionist was fine--obviously more interested in my insurance info than my name or what was wrong, but that's par for the course. The doctor and Xray tech were absolutely not. The doctor was extremely rude, had no bedside manner, and was more forceful than he needed to be while assessing an injury. The X-ray tech forcefully moved my foot into position, which hurt more than the injury itself and probably exacerbated it. The person (nurse? who knows) who brought me an airboot said "I hope this is the right size" and then walked away. They wrote the wrong limb down in their notes (I know, right vs. left is hard), the doctor kept getting the names of bones wrong, and honestly I would've been better staying off at home and waiting to see a doctor worth their salt on Monday morning. I'm not sure they didn't make the injury worse jerking my foot over and over again for the X-rays. Dude should stick to X-raying inanimate objects that can't feel pain. On top of that, they make it absolutely impossible to get your own medical records. They can't figure out how to use their own portal, won't (or can't) upload it to their own portal, have difficulty receiving fax requests, etc. etc. etc. Given this, the only way to get it is in person, which is difficult when you can't drive or walk. Pretty depressing when you can't even get access to your own images after suffering at the hands of an inept X-ray tech and bumbling doctor.

Within less than 5 minutes, we were back in a room with vitals being checked. Quite soon after that, before I could look at a brochure, the PA came in to assess the problem. We got a referral for SimonMed imaging, then we were out in less than 30 minutes. Even though we did not have to spend lengthy time in the check-in area, it was bright and clean, kind of like a medspa setting. The staff was super nice all the way from check-in, to check-out.

Disgusting policy to demand payment prior to being seen especially in a life or death situation.
