Yesterday at 3pm they wanted to intubate him and put him into a medical coma because his oxygen was so low. They threatened to leave today and they finally got an x ray over 24 hours later and he has DOUBLE PNEUMONIA in both lungs!!!!!!! If he would have died and you wouldn't have done an x ray as requested we would have sued the shit out of your hospital. After that we requested to be transferred to the valley because of the severity and they denied that too and explained they would have to find a hospital to transfer care, present his case etc. bullshit. If your patient was asking for an x ray multiple times why was it denied? They have insurance and are willing to pay for said x ray. This hospital is a piece of shit and tried to kill my dad. Do not go here. Make the drive to the valley if you can because if your health gets worse they won't transport you. ZERO FUCKING STARS.

They asked all the right questions and spoke to her directly instead of giving agency to me, her companion, for this visit. She's very much her own advocate and she's very disgruntled when medical staff address questions to someone other than the patient herself. From the receptionist, to intake, to care givers--such an incredible group of people. I've been working with NP Sara Bennett and she's been wonderful! She takes time with me to listen to all my concerns and then put together a plan to either take care of them or tests to get to the bottom of what's going on.
