I can't say enough about James. I called him last year in a panic because of bees in my brick work…read moreas well as in my deck, and as a mom with two kids who have bee allergies, during the middle of a global pandemic, it felt like "another thing". People were booking out weeks- and these bees meant I wasn't comfortable letting my kids outside. James took my call, came within 24 hours, explained what the problem was, where they were coming from, and took care of it. He sprayed our entire perimeter, the deck, the house, everything. We didn't see anything for almost two months. When he checked in with us, and found out that the bees in the deck were back, he made a point to come back and re-spray. I can't say enough about his professionalism, his kindness, and his good natured personality. I look forward to seeing him soon to head off any issues this summer and I refer him to anyone who is healing with bees. Thanks James!!

The day that they scheduled I waited around all day, no one showed. When I called I was told - we forgot to call you, we are 2 weeks behind. On a Friday get a call asking if they can come do the service, they had a cancellation. It was not good for me so we decided the following Thursday. The crew was on time, very thorough and worked hard most of the day. The end result is beautiful, but it was a very frustrating process. The owners are nice young guys, but might need to learn some customer service basics.
