We tried to call and speak to the Manager Jan and she has been unavailable for the whole week and also asked for the Owner who they say is in Texas at a convention. Meanwhile we have been without a working dishwasher for a month and wasted three full days waiting on no show repair. Today Nick says the best they can do is Wednesday 2 more days away and a different repair person. We will see if anyone actually shows up with a new motherboard. Long story short Don't Shop Here!

Maybe it does but mine wasn't working... Mr. Appliance hands down was fantastic!! From the first call speaking to the reps to giving me an alternative perspective/idea on how to accomplish my goal. The manager Mike suggested to bypass my filter overall and not repair it since of the Reverse Osmosis system will be leaps above anything that goes in that fridge and to just push the water around the filter. I called on an afternoon Monday they were out next day afternoon AJay was the tech I received updates on arrival and the tech AJay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The repair was quick and no mess or issues afterwards. Fantastic customer service Fantastic Technician great company! He showed up prepared, knowledgeable, and took care of treating and removing the Yellowjacket nest in less than a few hours. Once the job was finished, we were provided with proper instruction about what to do moving forward. Really impressed and satisfied after having such a bad experience with Terminix, a company that wasn't qualified to address our Yellowjacket problem.

I had a shower valve on an older shower that needed to be replaced, it was a bit of an emergency. To be frank, they were the only entity that said they could do it that day. A lady contacted me back quickly and was up front with the fact their employees were on another job, but would stop by after. They were also up front with the price - $165 an hour. Now, I'm not sure if that was due to the emergency or if that was the regular call rate, but it did take me back. That said, I agreed, the lady asked what type of unit I had (a Moen) and I waited roughly about two and half hours before the men came to work on it. The two young men that came were very professional, asked what preliminary work I had done, and what the issue was. The unit inside the valve was evidently completely broken, and they had the correct part to fix it. Bottom line, they were able to complete the job within an hour, and with parts it was about $260. All in all, I was pleased with the overall work. Was it more than I wanted to pay? Yes, but I couldn't argue with the work done and the result, which is a better working valve than I originally had.

The technician came out and charged us $151 for the repair. Right after he left, the washer was still squeaking, so we called him immediately. He told us to let it run and said he would call us when he got home to check if the problem stopped. He never called. During the very next load, the washer actually became much worse. It started grinding and making a loud knocking noise during the spin cycle, which it had never done before. It also sprayed oil all over a load of clothes, ruining them. We called him the next day and left a message. No return call. My husband called again the following day. Still no response. Our washer is now in worse condition than it was before he worked on it, and we are out $151 with no follow-up or accountability. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.
