I stoped by their office on 23 mile road to speak with someone about getting rid of a pretty hefty spider infestation, as a matter of fact the spiders did a better job decorating for Halloween then I could have, and beyond the normal fear of spiders wr have the webs also cause severe allergy issues for my mother and I. The staff was attentive to my needs and offered multiple solutions, tailored about any medical concerns we have and safe for animals including a DIY option they had products and equipment for variouarious pest and animal infestation, if I had choose to do it my self I had the added benefit of leaving with the knowledge and confidence to complete the job. Luckily a technican was already going to be in my area the next morning and could stop by for inspection and treatment, Patrick was NOT ONLY extremely thorough on his explanation of the treatment I was assured the spiders would be gone, and reassured If I still saw any or had questions that they would return to reinspect and do an addition treatment if needed at no charge, he showed us areas of concern for spiders and the uncommon areas they hide. Patrick showed us how to get the webs down quickly ourselves so we could monitor activity and see the efficiency of the treatment, before starting he continued to inspect and provided me with recommendations of items to move, remove, or replace to protect our home in the future. ..
