People were booking out weeks- and these bees meant I wasn't comfortable letting my kids outside. James took my call, came within 24 hours, explained what the problem was, where they were coming from, and took care of it. He sprayed our entire perimeter, the deck, the house, everything. Rose wants to set a trap now (in July) and come back and check it twice, which to me makes no sense. Also, it's very unclear if sealing up the rodent entry point is included in Rose's proposal. Rose's manager was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to get clarification from him. He just kept berating me and said he was going to close out the work order and tell the condo association that I refused to have the work done, all because I wanted to know what the work entailed. I don't want our condo association and co-owners to waste money. Based on the other review (by Stephanie D.) about the squirrel in the ceiling, I think I dodged a bullet.
