Jonny answered the phone right away, and was kind enough to give me the information I needed although I actually did not need his bonds services. He actually called checked some information and called me back. The previous company I called-- Detroit Bail Bonds-- without telling him anything about my Friend--basically lied to me by saying the jail won't take anything less than full bond and the 10% to get him out is the bonds fee payable to him and not refundable! Well Jonny thankfully cleared that up, as I had a feeling that man tried to take advantage of my ignorance of the system. Thanks for being an overall genuine guy Johnny! Much appreciation!

This company was great and a pleasure to deal with until recently. I've used this company since…read more2023 and had no issues until this year. I normally select direct deposit and have the preparer fees taken from my refund, which I will never do again. Unfortunately this year, things have changed. I did not get my refund as expected. I submitted a check trace with the IRS and an investigation with Green Dot bank. Green Dot provided me with the information that my checks were already cashed. Which was news to me since I always select DD. They have also provided me with copies of the checks, complete with a signature that is very obviously not mine. Now maybe it was stolen from the mail and I wanted to give Mr. Williams benefit of the doubt. However, when I asked if he could find out what happened- he went silent after multiple attempts at following up with him. Another suspicious thing is the status in Green Dot shows a status of "Printed by tax preparer" for my refund check. Again I wanted to give him benefit of the doubt, but I think we can all guess what happened there. I am filing charges and hope to get my refund, but it may be awhile. Very stupid on his part, check fraud is a federal crime. Please beware and do not use this company for your tax preparation. Mr. Williams has done this to others, just read the reviews especially on Google.

Mr. Williams helped himself to my full federal tax refund on over 6,000. I'm not the only one. Yes I'm taking legal action. During my investigation I came to discover that he's using his daughter's credentials. He plead guilty to a similar case in the past. I can go on and on. I'm fearful this man knows everything about me. Please be safe. Do your research and read the reviews. If I had I wouldn't be here now, but I'm faithful, everything will work out.
