They are so antiquated and lumbering they do not understand how the Finstra's will crush them. To get an answer a simple question took four phone calls - including a call to a foreign help desk (please involve a third world call center in my banking business.) Auto financing requires a phone call instead of stopping into the bank and asking like a human being. And a Vice President at Woodridge would not stoop to something as horrifying as: speak to a customer. Family and friends have left this bank, and I'm not far behind.

I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, for me to have $200 at the end of the month is unusual, using the ATM was habit. This bank refuses to do a thing other than file a dispute on themselves. How ridiculous that they can take your cash money and tell you to wait ten days for them to figure out a mechanical error, meanwhile leaving me with absolutely no recourse whatsoever. The day they figure this out, I will be closing my accounts and moving elsewhere. This bank has proven unreliable by accepting fraudulent charges and not recognizing that I'm not in New Jersey ordering 36 pizzas. This disappearing cash trick is a new one on me.
