Now on to the nitty gritty...I chose Dr. Lipson-Beck because I was beyond picky with other dentists in the area, not because I like to be picky, but because if your going to choose someone, then why not be picky (it's your mouth)...I want the best to take care of me. My initial visit to this office yielded a positive vibe. You do not feel rushed and a genuine sense of care is felt. My follow-up visit (for a wisdom tooth extraction) went off without a hitch. My wife went with me (she had a cleaning scheduled) and so did my 6 month old son. My son, as you would have it, flipped out for no apparent reason, to the rescue came Lisa (the hygienist) and Dr. Lipson-Beck (who did a little dance to entertain my son). My son subsequently felt great and became happy. Dr. Lipson-Beck and her staff are truly great. The office atmosphere is relaxed, yet professional. Wait times are short; I don't think I ever waited even 10 minutes to be called in. Dr. Lukenda is very knowledgeable and welcomes questions from his patients, addresses any and all concerns. He has a great bedside manner and delivers thorough and high quality care. I recently had a dental emergency while on vacation which necessitated a call to his emergency line. He called me right back and reassured me and soothed my worries. The office staff accommodated me with a quick appointment as soon as I returned from my trip. I'm so glad I found him and definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new dentist!

Understandably they had a recording pick up that they were closed but if you have an emergency leave a message and someone will return the call. I left the message at 5:30pm friday and no call back until Monday morning only to be greeted by an extremely rude receptionist. I asked why the machine said they would return calls and she very rudely stated that the whole office was out on spring break And they don't do that. Had the machine said someone will get back to you Monday when the office reopens I would have understood fully. It's a shame one nasty person can ruin the whole experience.

Same with Dr. S.- I'm in the chair making noises like a rubber chicken being launched out of a cannon, and Dr. S replies, "Yes, that's a great question about ways to alleviate TMJ jaw pain- let me show you afterwards". The office itself is comfortable and convenient. There's good parking, a pleasant waiting area, and thoughtful touches throughout--like complimentary bottled water--that make visits more pleasant. Every aspect of the practice, from the welcoming front desk to the modern and recently updated treatment rooms, reflects a commitment to their patient comfort and exemplary care. Friends that I have referred here have thanked me as they feel they have finally found a dental team that they are comfortable with and provide amazing care.
